Today I have sell 0.1BTC in ebay. The user "redstar7474" has buy it with paypal. I have sended the 0.1 to her.

Later, ebay has sended me this message:

MC999 eBay listings removed - unauthorized user of buyer or bidder account

Quote
Hello XXX,
We recently learned that someone was using an account to bid on or buy items without the account owner's permission. All associated fees have been credited to your account. Please note that we're working with the account owner to prevent any additional unauthorized activity.

Your listings may be eligible for relisting through My eBay. If your listing is eligible, you'll see it in your "Unsold" section in My eBay. Listings that aren't eligible for relisting won't appear in the "Unsold" section.

We're sorry for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Here are the listings that were canceled:
201064162400 - 0.1 BTC Bitcoin

Thanks,

eBay

Please don't reply to this message. It was sent from an address that doesn't accept incoming email."

So they had take me off my earnings and I have lost the 0.1BTC. Which seems totally unfair, as if it has been really hacked, it´s the fault of the hacked person for not protecting her account and password.

The bitcoin adress of the scammer is 182qjk5U49nsYxGQk4HGMCTad8gNRY5QZL

Probably he/she will be using differents adresses, anyway I post this info here for the records. Beware of the bloody scammers  and NEVER, NEVER use paypal in this context.

I hope at least my mistake can help others.

Never trade BTCs with Ebay. They don't permit BTCs there.

Why you are selling in ebay? selling digital items in ebay is always risk. You cannot able to show the shipping proof.

We got scammed the exact same way a few years ago when we first started out. It was clear the account was never hacked but paypal didn't bother to investigate it. Luckily we had withdrawn the funds and just refused to give the money back to paypal because it was their poor security that allowed it to happen!

Sorry to hear about your loss. Rule number 1 is to never sell bitcoin using a payment system that can be reversed.
I've read too many threads like this. So this is a good reminder, and I hope it will stop someone from doing the same mistake.

This happens always with Ebay and selling BTC's with it. PayPal takes the buyer side no matter what and even if you show them a txid proof they won't care mostly.

Sorry to hear your loss. But, this has happened many many times.
The buyer only need to claim he has been hacked, and eBay will credit his account back.

Yep, can confirm this. Paypal never going to mess with bitcoin side - apperently it's too complicated for them.

Im telling you guys if you wanna sell bitcoin use the USPS COD, once they receive the box with the penny in it, then you can release the bitcoin once they sign it, so you wont have deal with paypal, simple as that.

Yeah, because the product is trackable so it can be good on the sellers end. anything that doesnt track, you are increasing your chances of losing money.

this doesn't make sense, so someone used his account to make a purchase and he gets the item and the money?  Huh

at least he would need to return the coins, I mean, eBay can check it on blockchain..

This does not solve OP's problem, since the account of his buyer was hacked.
eBay or Paypal should provide an escrow service, that's the minimum effort they should do for choosing to provide cryptocurrencies trading and collecting high fees on them.

you must check previous transactions (when and what was sold). But anyway ebay should come up with something serious to protect
