Hello, I found the issue

The ground wire was not connected to the ground in the fuse box but connected in the miner 3phase connection to the 5pin cable.
The ground wire was near the 3phase cables in the fuse box and was collecting "parasite electricity" and the PSU was collecting electricity thru the ground connection.
I unplug the ground wire from the adaptor for the miners cable and now is working fine.
(there is only 3phase + N there)
