Besides I thought this raffle would take really long before all numbers get picked so based on my suggestion it's better if members can pick more than one.

Thank you for your suggestion. I wanted it within a short period, but the timing was a factor in the turnup. However, I will be quoting the list for all participants to see and pick their second number while Hero and Legendary would choose an extra two numbers so the spots would be filled for the raffle draw to commence.
