First of all wishing you all a merry Christmas! Hope you all have a delightful holiday. We know that during the holidays, festivities are always felt in the environment. Do gamblers use gambling as a celebration or do gamblers use this time to take some time off and rest? Do gamblers have lots of money dedicated for the holidays? Or due to celebration gamblers do not have a lot of money to spend anymore?

Holiday season is usually my worst time to gamble as I have never won any significant amount of money during such times. I don't know if there is a force somewhere that understands that I will need money to make the holiday memorable so they ensure I never win anything big during the holidays. Usually every 26th of December has so many good matches from the English Premier League but the outcomes are usually odd. Just like Arsenal playing 1-0 against Ipswich when the majority of us played it over 2.5 goals. This is just to ensure that winning never comes it.

What are your general traditions when it comed to gambling during the holidays? It would be interesting to see different perspectives

Going forward, I will drastically reduce my gambling during festive periods because I have tried for several years and it never works.

It's so sympathetic to see that you also had this option picked as well, usually we have known Arsenal to be a leading team and i picked over 2.5 as well with the hope the match would end that way, judging from their past matches.

If a gambler does not have time to gamble during holiday which is very possible, no need to gamble. But for a gambler that have time and feel like gambling, while not just gamble. People are different from one another and we are occupied with different events this time but there are some gamblers that will still gamble and some will not gamble this time.

Yeah, it varies individually some people are very busy celebrating with their families especially those that come from extended homes and use this period for family getogethers and other activities that would keep them mostly busy and away from gambling, while their are others that sees this holiday period as an opportunity to have enough chances to visit the casinos and entertain themselves, make new friends and exchange ideas instead of staying at home to do it online. It all falls back to chance and the mindset of the gambler, some people rather spend time and money, have fun with their loved ones instead of gambling and possibly losing this period, while their are some that got enough chances to spend on gambling this period and are not scared of risking their spare cash on it.

Yes, the reason will be vary because that will depends on how people want to spends their free time especially in this holiday. Maybe many of them will take a break for a while and enjoy this New Year holiday so they decide not to gambling. The other gamblers maybe see this is the right chance to gambling because they see many promotions that they can get from gambling. They want to win many favorites gambling games so they will prepare their time just to playing gambling where they will leave their main activity with their beloved ones. We should know when we can playing gambling and if we thinks that this holiday is the best time to take a break, we can do that and not think about gambling for a while.

All these are personal, so no one can truly picture it in a general way. Some gamblers are single, while some are married, and some are also responsible regardless of whether they are single or married, but others are not, so the way they picture lives to plan for themselves and family will certainly not be the same. Our disposition about the holiday matters too, it's important to some people, but not to others.

What I do differently during holidays is to have more time for my family. However, gambling doesn't affect this since I am not an excessive gambler.

I try to spend the holidays with my family and have more fun outdoors, weather permitting of course. Holidays are the time when I forget about gambling and most likely I will return to this entertainment only after January 10 when everything around will subside from the festive hustle and bustle and meetings with friends. I wouldn't do it when I was really dealing with work. I know the risk will interfere with my performance in my job. Every day at work of course you will have the right time to be able to play, so there will be no time that is really sacrificed for gambling or work.

When a gambler gambles every day or regularly, he usually does not take a break from gambling. Gambler must think that he must take a break on very special days. Yeah, and that's the truth. Instead of enjoying the holidays having fun with the family or just being with them and doing nothing, relaxing, if we gamble, we will find ourselves in a space where we are stressed instead of enjoying it. That's all it does especially when you play slots games. I doubt that you would be lucky that day just because it's the holidays. In fact, they may need your money to pay their employees so we better expect a losing spree. Basically gambling is nothing more than a choice and from the story you told I think you are one of those people who can put everything in its proper portion, I think it all depends on the situation and your own desires, as you said that you will only gamble when you want to do it and you will not do it when you have other more important activities, this is the reason why we must always be able to distinguish between which is more important that should be prioritized.

I agree with your last opinion that gambling can be done anytime and anywhere but gathering with a large family with a harmonious atmosphere is very rare and usually large families will only be able to gather when we are in long holiday seasons such as Christmas or holidays.

Whenever you're looking for money, there's no time or season to it in as much as it will fetch you some bucks. You can use the season to divert your attention just in case you are really deep in gambling engagements, though like what you said it's okay if you are not in that situation, if you can set your limits and you are aware of what risk is behind if you exceed and not been able to control yourself, holiday season can be use to spend time with your family though, same thing, if you have that control then you can go along without participating in any gambling activities, you'll be able to spend that day to your family or your friends.
