It's not easy keeping fitness even at the age of 67 you look so agile and healthy regardless that you are a diabetic. The push up thread also helped you a lot in maintaining consistency till now that you have achieved 7500 push ups in 75 days and looking at your image shows proofs that there are people who are actually doing push ups as they report along in OG's pushup thread. Kudos to you @Philipma1957. Since you are 67 years and 11 months, we should be planning for a birthday party next month   MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY

I think philipma1957 didn't quite get the irony, but he seems quite happy, and I'm sure he's one of the few who actually do the pushups. I guess his level of physical activity was sedentary and fitness in general was quite poor, so he must have noticed improvements.

But if you want to improve even more you'd better add walking.

Btw I am glad to see you still have energy to have continued the push-up till date.
My uncle is 69 and 4 months and he could barely do some of the exercise especially, pushup is no place for him as can't even jump that much higher above his feet level.  Therefore, seeing you this strong is a thing of Joy and something to Merry. I wish you more longer life and to keep being here with us.

My man, I'm not sure I ever had a clear image in my head of what I thought you looked like, but that pic you posted would be pretty much the exact opposite of it--and I mean that in a good way, because you look great!  I think it might be the glasses that threw off my perception (and also the short hair).

I love to read this kind of post and wow! I never thought that at that age, someone would still be using Bitcointalk and even participating in a signature campaign. I hope when I get older, I’ll be like that too. And I hope I reach that age!

From the start I also never believe that 1 btc will be $100K.  How about 1m USD per bitcoin in 2050? Is it possible? Why not right? Anyway.......

Holy 67  , that's the reward for the consistency you dedicated inside the challenge. That's a healthy look, this not only about the physical structured biceps but the immune and internal benefits of the body has improved with how much pushups you've done. 

I will love to look same when I get to 67, still far from it though which mean I get to maintain mine from now because I also been on the challenge and am looking as great as you but yours excellent considering the age difference.

yes heavy keto.

no rice
no pasta
no bread
no cereal.

meat meat meat meat meat.
some fish
some dairy.
veggies
fruits.
nuts
almonds
peanuts
walnuts
pecans
brazil
pine
cashews
macadamia
pistachio
that is a simple explanation of the diet.

my max weight was years ago 256 lbs and six feet
i am now 197 lbs and six feet.

foods are funny.
 apples
 pears
bananas
kiwi
strawberries  pretty a full serving of them is fine
 blueberries not a lot
most any other fruit small amounts.

My go to desert is heavy whipped cream with vanilla and very little maple syrup.

a quart of the cream three tablespoons of the vanilla extract one tablespoon of maple syrup.

that comes to a ton of whipped cream ntakes a few days to eat it and it is very little carbs.

I grew up in NYC and I am mostly Italian background no bread and no pasta is really hard. to do.
