All the talk is about the closure of tacoX. Some people seem really mad. A lot of people seem to have lost money or bitcoins. Some are saying they're sure tacoX will come back and everyone will get their money back. A few people are saying the closure is good for bitcoin. Their reasoning is that an exchange that shuts down without warning is bad. Since that's what tacoX did that means it was a bad exchange. Since tacoX is now closed, it means that the free market got rid of a bad business. This means the free market works and that's good for bitcoin.

LOL, I see you are kind of cynical of Bitcoin & the Mt. Gox shutdown.
Personally, I think there were very strong indicators that something was very wrong there for a long time.

We want to thank the bitcoin community for the overwhelming response.  Our developers have just implemented the following changes based on your feedback:

• Adjusted the investment AI to be more responsive to player actions
• Added warnings before displaying any potentially not work safe images
• Tweaked the initial co-efficients used in the simulated quantum annealing routines.  This should fix the problems with market convergence some people have been experiencing
• Minor UI changes the improve readability in some browsers

We have not yet implemented any logic to model the effects of the recent IRS decisions involving bitcoin.  This is our most-requested feature so we're hoping to add it in a future release.

• Adjusted market AI to improve k-nearest neighbor and Bayesian classifier performance
• Added the ability to save the simulation state if you have nonzero bitcoins
