I really do not mind purchasing a little fraction of it and holding for a long time but like I said I still feel like am here too late and that Bitcoin has reached a level where only those who are well to do enough can indulge in it's trade.

Read the first part, twice or thrice and that's what you have to consider. While buying at $100k levels could be high as of now, what do you think you have in your mind of the price target for the highest on this bull run? if it's more than $100k then buy.

But if not, then be more patient and wait until the bigger drops come.

If you are not close to this age,  is not too late for you to learn BTC because you can still pay attention to some of the things that will make you to understand BTC and have the knowledge of BTC investment. There are some people who just no about BTC at the age of 70 years and they are showing interest on this Bitcointalk.irg to know the basics of BTC and how it function to allow  bitcoiners to earn profits in their various areas.

You can see that the price of BTC is too high now, and if truly you want to invest in BTC, I will advise you to wait for the bear market to come before you can buy and hodl for some years before you can think of selling your BTC.

An asset that is thousands of years old and has a market capitalization of up to 18 trillion like gold is still considered a potential investment in the future. Honestly I find it confusing that not many people complain about investing in gold but complain and say it's too late to invest in bitcoin. This makes me feel like people who think it's too late to get started with bitcoin are people who have no faith and don't trust bitcoin, for no other reason.

OP, it's never too late to invest in Bitcoin, start investing from where you found out. Now Bitcoin was very cheap in 2012, but I was very young and didn't know what Bitcoin was. I came to know about Bitcoin in 2022 when the price was much higher than in 2012 but I started investing with DCA method. Now at present I am in good profit. But if I didn't invest when I saw the price was high, I wouldn't have been so profitable today. You have now learned about Bitcoin, so start investing with DCA method now, if you think the price will be higher now, it will be higher in the future. Bitcoin price will not stop here, Bitcoin price will increase a lot in future. If you can invest in Bitcoin and hold it for a long time then you can definitely succeed.

For me it is never too late to start on investing even if it is not in Bitcoin or crypto.
You just need to know what you are investing on, don't just jump in cause of the stories you heard or read, and learn to control your greed.
There are so many investors who ends up losing instead of gaining profit in crypto and thought that this is a scam cause they don't understand what they invested on or how it works.

As long as you are investing in bitcoin for the long term, you still do have a chance.
Bitcoin has a lot of potentials to still grow even further far from what we have seen and still may see in days, weeks and months to come, like some people are speculating, if really the government of all nations in this world will embrace bitcoin same way gold was embraced, we could one day, wake up to $1m for 1BTC.

But the above is not something dwell on right now since it's pure speculation, I feel it's better to invest for the love you have for bitcoin, than invest for profit only, because in the end, only love conquers everything.

Does age really matters as long as the person is sane enough to research and comprehend? I don’t personally think so. There are aged investors who not only save into bitcoin for their own self but to simply safeguard the future of their younger ones, most aged and retired people now invest into bitcoin as retirement savings due to its advantage of been a good store of value.

You can see that the price of BTC is too high now, and if truly you want to invest in BTC, I will advise you to wait for the bear market to come before you can buy and hodl for some years before you can think of selling your BTC.

I wouldn’t totally disagree with you because the best time to invest in bitcoin as always been buying low or the dip which we know is during the bearish period. But one thing is clear waiting is a fools game in bitcoin because there is never a guarantee of what the price will be. Today’s price could be the lowest price one could see bitcoin in years to come because you don’t know what will be the top before the fall. Imagine bitcoin hitting $300k this bull run then buying at $100k is already a bargain prices as such my advice to OP is start DCA or buying whenever you have money and stick to a long term investment strategy to maximize profits

It is not too late. Even gold that has been existing for centuries, it is not too late to know about investing in gold. Not to talk of bitcoin that is not yet up to 2 decades ago.

Juts learn about bitcoin. Learn how to avoid those scammers and hackers. It is a speculative asset and make sure you do research about the price of bitcoin history.

It is never too late because bitcoin is a store of value and a hedge against inflation. Its price will continue to increase after a long period of time.

No, your being aware of Bitcoin now is not too late and you still stand a chance just as the whales and the institutional investors do. Besides, your being here now means you're ahead of the 93.2 % of people worldwide who are yet to join the Bitcoin space. However, how you make good use of time within the space, the opportunities the market presents, your plans, your long-term holding enthusiasm, and your understanding and knowledge about Bitcoin technology which you can also use to make yourself useful within the system. At the same time, you also monetize it (i.e. get a job in the space that will complement your real-world job) is what will determine if you're late.

Yes, this is a thread about Bitcoin, and Bitcoin can be said to be like digital gold, because if we look at the Bitcoin and gold graphs in the long term, it is clear that both have the same behavior, which is to continue to experience price increases over time.

And for those who have not invested in Bitcoin, you should not waste time because the price of Bitcoin will continue to increase which will make you regret and think that you are too late when in fact you ignore it. If you are planning to purchase Bitcoin to get rich overnight, then stay away from it! By definition, it's a highly volatile asset and risky. However, if you are here for long term, go ahead and add it to your portfolio. But you need to ready for the ups and downs because it is highly volatile.

Also learn about the tax implications of cryptos in your country. In many countries, it is still not very streamlined so you may want to connect with a professional in your area. It's not too late.

If you are looking at Bitcoin investment as get rich quick scheme, then I believe you are already too late.  If you are looking for Bitcoin as an investment that will give you 1000x return in the next 6 years, then you are already too late.  But if you are looking at Bitcoin as an investment that can give you a good rate of profit in the long run then you are not yet late.  The bitcoin industry is still booming, politicians are taking notice of Bitcoin and some powerful government are thinking of making Bitcoin as reserve.

The potential growth of Bitcoin is promising, it is that the days of 1000x in a short span of time is already over, instead Bitcoin offers a steady growth of your portfolio with lesser volatility than before.  So if you do not mind waiting for some time to see your Bitcoin portfolio multiply by 3 folds or more just by holding and waiting for a 2 or 3 4-year cycle(8 to 12 years) then go on invest on Bitcoin for it is not too late to get such % profit in that span of time.

Welcome to the crypto space dude, it's good you are considering investing your funds on Bitcoin this new year 2025. Actually it's not too late for you to (chose Bitcoin) invest on Bitcoin. But it's better you start now than letter because as times goes on Bitcoin price continue to increase even though it dips.
However, you do not need much knowledge to invest on Bitcoin, you just need to get started and make sure to apply a good strategy. I would suggest you use DCA method to invest and also hold for long term because that's how you can make a big profits. Instead Bitcoin is going to hit above the one we see today.

Well we don't know what will be final price of Bitcoin or high Bitcoin will go from it's current price of 100k. May be in coming years Bitcoin touches 500k or 1 million USD, everything is possible. Having said that it won't be wise to think that Bitcoin has gone too high in price and it's of no use to invest in Bitcoin at current price. No, for making short-term profit you are not late even if you plan to make long-term investment I won't say I am late as we can get anything cheap and expensive and the best deal is to get the item cheap but here we don't really know the realistic price of BTC will be in the next 10 years.

Many predictions say it can do 10x from the current price, like it can hit $1 million dollar per BTC too but that's not true in my sight, The point is we are never late all we need is a better idea, plan, and realistic profit, we just can't make the profit that we can make from memes and in other words we can not make the loss too. You can start doing DCA if you plan to hold for long term.
