I am keep posting everyday (and more than 14days) but Activity didn't increase for 2 weeks?
does the rule have been changed?

Nope should change every 14 days most recent change I believe was Yesterday, unless you were inactive for a 2 week period.

I am sure that my activity is keep on the 140 for recent 14 days and in this 14 days I am keep posting everyday.

Activity is calculated in the following fashion and increases on different days for different accounts as a result of each person registering on different days.

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every 30 minutes.

Your probably out by a couple of hours, but it will definitely increase. Trust me, it's highly unlikely you've discovered a bug exclusive to your account - much more likely you've got your times mixed up. It is also completely irrelevant how many times you post as long as your post count is > the number of two week periods you've made a post.

I have a habbit of posting , viewing over the past six months , the activity is growing regularly , But it suddenly stopped 2 weeks ago(maybe more than 15days)

LoL maybe it was updated by the software to hide it's glitch (softwares are getting sneaky lol) seriously it usually takes two weeks and an hour or less for update (and you be posting at least once in that 2 weeks period).
