From what I read above it shows that they have requested for mod to lock their previous thread which I think is not  right to lock the already existing threads and focus here. But even if they must lock that previous thread it's always advisable to go make official announcements then Link this new thread from the old thread for people to know what is happening to their announcement thread.

There is nothing wrong with having new ANN thread and asking mod to lock the older thread or lock by themselves, something normal here unless it is done many times.

Should I advise you? Learn emotion management if you are dealing with people on the forum, what you've seen is the "tip of the iceberg," expect much more if you plan to stay active on the forum.

What people are telling you is true, it's left to you to use your discretion to manage them to the point of letting them look away naturally rather than believing you can just make them look away without giving good reasons.

A simple "under new management or representative" might have solved it.

So, I’ll say it again. You just need to read the following before posting…
It's really simple!

We talked to the mods - they agreed we could start a new thread.
We did that and we put it in the original post that it was all fine with the BTC Mods.

That should have been the end of it. But because so many of you have sponsor deals you can’t help yourselves but post repetitive comments time and again.

We don't need "advice on emotions" etc. If anything we need to offer advice on "How to read the original post".

As for the community standard....from what we understand it's basically 'be civil and don't post for the sake of it….make it relevant'

Now, this is something you really should take up and seriously but you just might save a lot of people from becoming victims as well.

If you have all the evidence to prove that indeed, this casino stole your money by blocking your account and denying you access to withdraw your funds, then please head over to the scam and accusation board and open a scam accusation against this casino, make sure to read the pinned threads first so you understand properly the procedures and what is required for your case to taken and treated as a serious one.
