The Basic economic problems of society

I think in this modern society the main fundamental problems are distribution gab and lack of social coordination and access. midlle and lower class now face scarcity of qualified job, education access, socail trust, political stability, economic safety, capital and credit which actually show wide gap on economic system access. Economy value also change in this modern area, value of goods is determined by social status, perception, narative, strory, barnding and symbol identity, which show modern economy has influenced by consumption culture and mass psychology not only needed. The other fundamental problem are mismatch between production spillover with imbalance distribution and access (structural distribution damage). What we see in our society now, there are productivity increasement but prosperity is not equitable, and frankly speaking economic growt can  not reduce disparity. I think the root of problem emerge from social structuresucah as un neutralize market which people who have capital, connection, information and technology will control it. Overconsumerism based on social pressure also contribute and also there are economic growth but society stressed increased.

It is inevitable that this is a challenge. The time will come when the fundamental issues we have raised will return to how they were before, with the intention of social consumption in assessing something no longer based on what has been the difference. For me, that's called a restart.

The economic difficulties experienced by the lower-middle class today, in my opinion, cannot be separated from the fact that the value of money is no longer the same or continues to decline. If in the past $100 could buy a desired item, now they need $200 to get it, plus it's hard to find a job with decent pay.
Working smart by using the internet isn't easy either, even though I think it's a new field for people to be creative.

Every society has to address three basic problems of daily living namely: what commodities to produce;how to produce them; for whom to produce these goods and services; and how to distribute. It must ration resources over time as well as maintain the current level of output and strive to achieve economic growth in the society

Generally speaking for some society that's not the case because some society do lack much resources and some have abundant of resources that will easily boost their economy. unlike many African nations that lack education, good health, good farming tools, bad roads and poor electricity supply, so as a result of the above highlight issues for some society to grow economically is very difficult. And if the government is able to supply appropriate tools, equipment and other necessary resources, the economy of every society and country at large will be boost.

Lol, obviously, economic problems are related to a lack of resources, if there are unlimited resources, there would be no economic problems in society because everyone will have everything since there is unlimited supply for every resource they need; however, that's not possible, there can't be unlimited resources, this is why we have to struggle to earn a living, the whole world is running behind money, striving to make as much as possible has become the ultimate goal for everyone, and that's because the resources are limited, so you can only get more if you deserve it and work for it.

Economic problems of a society can be solved also if there are enough resources, you could say this instead of saying that there should be unlimited because that's not possible. One thing is certain, that resources can never be divided equally, some will have more and some will have less based on their status, abilities, and many other things, but if at least everyone has enough to survive, there won't be many problems in a society, but unfortunately, most governments barely think of managing things properly, which is why there is chaos everywhere in the world these days.

Some are investing in things which are not what the country needs at that time, while we also have those whose leaders are more selfish about their decisions.

The basic economic problem is not the scarcity of resources but poor leadership and mismanagement, although the lack of the resource can contribute. We've seen many countries blessed with the needed resources and even populations that should have been used to their advantage but are very poor. Go to Africa and Asia to confirm that. And we've seen many countries with very little resources flourish. Go to Japan and Barbados among others to confirm.

I totally agree with what you said, the problem of society is not just scarcity, but rather bad leadership and management. A good leader that is very good with management will definitely improve the society.  As you mentioned in the case of Africa and Asia,  their issue is not scarcity,  but most of their leader are very bad, that I'd why the society is struggling to develop,  rather it keep declining. Africa for example has a lot of resources,  but it's one of the poorest continent,  and that due to lack of good leadership.

Good leaders are meant to lead by example but in this generation leaders do things out of greed and thirst for power, this is one of the biggest issue in Africa right now, most of the countries are led by people that have no prospects, they are just after what they can gain from the country. Africa has a lot of resources that the westerners keep exploiting but a lot of countries in poverty, this is because most of the presidents or leaders of these countries are the ones even selling out these resources meant for the country to foreigners.

Agree. The main problem doesn't always lies on the resource, it is sometimes because of the poor management of the leadership. It happens in my country, the problem is mostly lying on the government. They drain the resources without involving the citizen. We have varied resources, but the economic level of the citizen never improves. It is because the resources is manipulated by the government, they are cooperating with foreign investors. Yep, they are selfish, they only want to get instant wealth from the resources without thinking for the future life and citizen economic condition.

It isn't only happening in Africa, it also happens in many countries around the world. Unfortunately, we have too many bad leaders due to the lack of a sense of nationalism and empathy. There must be a change of the system in our countries to bring these nature back.

It's all about gains for these corrupt leaders. I will always say this, there is no hope for Africa unless we the Africans have a total change of heart and ways of life. Fine, leadership is an issue, but I tell you, when things started turning bad, these present leaders were still small children, but see what they are doing now. This means it's a foundational issues, as the background and what they have as their mentality is bad.

It's about stealing and using the natural resources to enrich themselves and their families, and even their generation, to see how bad this has become. And they don't care about how they go about it and the detriments of their actions.

Make it makes sense, you would see a leader that had already stolen over $1B, but still looking for how to steal more. Is that not insane? This is why I said it's already in our DNA, foundation and system, it is only when we are healed if them before the issue would stop. And also as I always say, it takes a righteous and ruthless leader to change the narrative and revamp the system.
