I am not sure if they have automatic or manual withdrawals on winz.io but I would say if they don't process the wd within 24 hours you could try to post in their announcement thread. I can contact the owner and have him take a look at this thread also but would rather not do that unless more then 24 hours has passed. You may want to update this with your username in case he comes here to take a look.

60 hours is a bit too long but well within the manual review process, in case that is the issue. I suggest you to wait for a little a longer. Meanwhile feel free to post the screenshot of your deposits and bets along with any conversation that happened with you and the casino in question. It will boost the credibility of your claim otherwise it is all air, as of now.

It would be better to create your own thread and properly lay out the issue you are experiencing with winz.io, and as memehunter has mentioned, it would be good to provide evidence (screenshots) to back up your claims. Also, just curious, have you asked them what the reason is for the delay?

The user contacted me on telegram and I contacted the team for him. His case is being taken care of so likely will not need his own thread.
