Overall Review
 I had a good time in the site because it was very easy to access and the registration process was easy as well, I never encountered any problem like a glitch in the site and as a matter of fact I give kudos to Spinarium concerning that, another set of people that deserve praises are the UI/UX designer, I think they took their job very seriously and gave the site some very attractive graphics, that's one of the first things that caught my attention and I believe that more users would find Spinarium attractive as well cause of it.

Registration: I just love how you guys made the registration so easy without much stress, compared to some other sites, are putting my email and password then easily confirmed it through the mail to get my ID, I don't encounter any glitch and that's highly impressive.



Customer care: after registration I had to check how the customer care operated and if they responded Asap and I was wowed cause I got replies immediately after dropping a text to the customer care and it's cool, it shows that Spinarium is every ready to assist their customers in any way they can when customers undergo various issues that needs urgent treatment.


Criticism/Suggestion
 I don't have much to criticize about the site cause it looks cool and fun to gamble with but there's some that caught my attention which is the deposit and withdrawal process, I love that spinarium gave multiple options for customer to made withdrawals and also deposite but I don't like that their minimum deposit and withdrawals could seem high for some class of people, therefore my suggestion is that they shoukd consider reducing it to suit sll clsss of gamblers and not for only some set of gamblers the minimum deposit could be about 1$ then withdrawal could be as low as $5. Anyways,I hope my review would be considered by the Spinarium and work on to help further improve the site.

Spinarium is an online gaming platform for Casino games and it’s one of the very modern online gaming platforms and it delivers on this title with some good features I saw during my time on the site. Yes of course, it’s a new site and as such they’ll be some drawbacks or should I say limitations, I’ll also do well to list them here in the cause of this my review but first we begin with my overall experience while on the site.

Overall Experience: Going through Spinarium's site I must confess, my time on that site was worthwhile, from the friendly user interface that’s attractive to how fast i feel the platform loads and I want to use this opportunity to say kudos to the front and back end developers for such great work they’ve done on the site. Going through the site, I also checked out some games through DEMO and yes of course it was a nice experience but of course there are some pretty much things I have to point out from my experience or should I say my time on the site.



More Review: Asides having a good user interface and lovely casino games to bet on, i think one important thing a good sites should have is a good customer service and i love how fast the customer care service response and even display options for possible questions and problems for users to click and get quick answers without much typing, the withdrawal process looks okay. However i think there are some things i noticed in that area, I just hope after I point them out, the developers will take out time to access my criticisms and be able to check it out and make some necessary changes so as to ensure smooth experience for new users who will want to try out the site for their gaming experience.



Criticism: The first thing i have to point out is the Withdrawal Limit which seems pretty high and from my calculations it’s pegged at over 50$. Yes this is not a bad experience but I see it as it been pretty high especially having in mind that most users might not be financially buoyant to be able to hold on till they raise their deposit of 1$ to at least 50$ to be able to withdraw.



Suggestions Concerning the withdrawal limits, i think the management team should be able to help check this and see it to it that they’re considerate on the pocket of their users, therefore it would be better for them to adjust the amount atleast $5 or $10 instead of $50.

More Criticism: Another strong criticism has to be on the issue of the DEMO game, well I think it’s called DEMO to be able to help new users who aren’t used to the gaming style be able to navigate through the games on the site but I think the case is now different here because from the 1st game I opened, it was looking all strange with just key indicators on how to bet with funds without understanding how the game is scaling through on the app till my DEMO money was exhausted.

Suggestion: I think the game developers should try and help make the DEMO easily understandable so that a new user can be able to maneuver his or her way and not get confused as I was while trying to use the DEMO.
