For those who are following this thread:

As you can see we are moving to the next stage with BC.game support.
I've sent email to BC officials to initiate account unlock process.
I will update this thread as soon as I have some news.

Sometimes i felt i was talking to low-level AI. But I saw another people cases in this forum and BC games other teams seemed good. Someone had a withdrawal issue on xxx k USD and it resolved with help of holydarkness.

I hope they investigate my case as soon as they can.

It’s because support doesn’t have knowledge about technical perspective of the casino especially on the security setup on the website that’s why they just forwarding your message to the assigned technical team. Probably, the support is just answering you general information according to the data given to them.

Email supports is always the best when it comes to this kind of issue since technical team can answer directly through their email compared to live support.

This issue typically resolved few days to weeks. Much better to withdraw all your balance now until the issue was resolved.

I know how support works and what info they have. As I mentioned earlier in this thread Im software developer myself and for 6 years I was casino developer myself.
I know that support have very general information. What I was saying is that BC's support are very COLD and machine-likely. I had communication with another casino supports and they're kind and trying to help how they can. Its not just me saying about BC's terrible live-support. If you read another threads here, everyone says the same.
I hope they will improve that dark side of them.

This issue typically resolved few days to weeks. Much better to withdraw all your balance now until the issue was resolved.
In case you missed it, OP's account has be locked to allow investigation into what is wrong to take place, so OP cannot perform any action in his account right now. That said, OP's account should be unlocked pretty soon, since BC Game's representatives are now actively on the case, there should be an update very soon i guess.

Umm... did you perhaps missed a post or two from mine on this thread? I've had my talk with my contact and they take action by locking it down entirely [even from OP] to prevent further undesired situation.

Yeah, he has been helping players for a while now and we should appreciate his work as he is doing it for free. Their support is too bad and I guess active forum members know this. I do not recommend this casino to anyone just for this reason.

Basically, the account total lockdown and them initiating proof of ownership by asking you to write email with that subject is part of the result of my talk with my contact. As always, they're rather slow during weekend and I am trying to respect their days-off by not nudging them unless it's very important.

I know waiting sucks, but the most important thing right now is that your account is in total lockdown and there should be no other activity that can harm your fund. I'll try to nudge them once, see if they responded, and inquire about this if they replied me. But if they don't, then I'll wait until Monday before I resume pursuing them.

Hopefully, even without them responding to me, they've put the wheel in motion and their compliance team has already started the process. Hopefully.

Yeah, last I heard from them, yesterday, it's still pending for being processed, they told me that they'll try to get it expedited and update me soon when it goes through, but then weekend come, and I usually don't want to disturb them during their day off.

So, how about this: though my contacts [I think] are off during weekends, there should be some support and compliance staff that work on weekend shift, that probably handling your submission right now. Wait a little, and if by Monday noon [forum time] you still haven't hear anything from them, I'll push my contact to get it expedited well... even more.

On 28th January I won some money. My balance was like 260 USD. Then I withdrawed 230 USD and I left 30 USD on BC balance to play in future. After some hours I came back to platform and saw that my balance was 0. I was confused. I saw deposit/withdraw and bet transactions that day but nothing was threr3, so I thaught that I remembered incorrectly and I withdrawed all money I had.

On 3rd February, when second TIP happend. I was playing Slot and suddenly I saw with my own eyes how unexpectedly my balance changed with approx - 27 USD. Only after that I messaged support and he told me that I sent that money as a TIP. After that I realised that maybe there was same case on 28th January and I checked Tip transactions and I found that.

If you are familiar with BC.game platform, they have strange transactions page for tips. Because TIPS are in BONUS category. Thats why I didnt realised that issue earlier.
It's quite interesting how this happened and I’m glad you didn’t lose a larger amount, even though it’s still a loss for you. I believe you mentioned that your account had twofactor authentication enabled which makes me wonder if someone really had access to your bc.game’s email and password wouldn’t still need your authentication code to log in? 
Im also curious whether tipping feature is allowed without requiring second step verification. From what I know BC.Game usually requires authentication for withdrawals .

Hopefully, we get some good news on your case and a clear explanation of what exactly happened. Was it a security breach within the casino or only your account compromised
