As a newbie the reason why I joined this platform, firstly is to understand the basics of bitcoin,  and to master how to use bitcointalk, to become educated and outstanding. Now this leads to my question "How can I avoid my account from being banned?"
     Is it possible that after following the terms of service, the platform community guideline and rules can my account still be banned?

No one gets punished for obeying rules; you only get punished when you break the rules of the forum.If you obey the rules, you don't plagiarise, and you don't post links that appear dangerous to others, then I believe you won't be banned, unless you do something that leads to banning, which a law-abiding person usually doesn't.

Read the forum rules if you have not, and if you have questions about things you don’t understand you ask questions and you will get answered.

You will get banned

- If you copy paste something from web and post it as your content.
- If you spam with threads with AI contents.
- when you send unsolicitated PM to others

So as long as you don't copy post or when you do give credit to the author will help you not get a ban.

Just follow instructions strictly, the rules and regulations here are quit strict and punishment follows immediately you violate any rule, so spend more time studying every single rule carefully, especially dont plagiarise, dont spam, etc,

No, you won't get banned, I mean, there is no reason for someone to get banned if they properly follow the forum rules. there are even some forum members who have broken a lot of the forum rules(especially the rules that would usually get you banned if you break it) and they are still not banned. anyway, over all the forum is not strict with its rules.

As a newbie it is important to read the rules and regulations of this forum before posting so as to make it easier for you to navigate the forum without any fear of breaking the rules and getting punished for your ignorance. Even if you were banned for the reasons listed above, you would fall into these mistakes early, so little would be lost. The problem is that bans affect not only the banned account, but all different accounts a user could have, and it affects newly created accounts too. So one could think that if a mistake was made you could learn from it and start again from zero, but that's not how it works here. The positive side is that you can always ask a ban lifting, if you failed by mistake, and sometimes the staff take honest apologies into account.

No, your account won't be banned if you follow the rules and regulations of the forum. And for you to follow them promptly you need to go through the the rules of the forum and memories them if possible. You can also print it in hard copy so you can read it even when offline. And very importantly, make sure you don't make use of AI while posting in this forum. The forum forbids it, once you are caught using AI to post, your account may be banned for that.

Avoid scamming and Spamming. Those are some of the necessary things that can lead someone to be banned. And if you use AI posting materials, you will be tagged and to avoid tagging, you need to avoid AI posting. And what I mean is that don't use AI to post in the forum and make comments from a topic and content you understand with your brain.

The whole gist is a pretty simple one. All you have to do Is read up all the pinned threads on most of the boards trust me you may not need them all but make sure you read the ones on the meta and beginners and help board then try reading those on the boards you intend to visit the most.

The forum is a free place you are free to do whatever you want and don't get scared of being banned as long as you don't do crazy things like trying to scam someone or break any rules like plagiarism. A good poster is always welcomed.

If you don’t break the rules, then there’s no reason for you to get banned in the forum. You’ll only get banned if you resort into plagiarism, owning one’s post as if you are the original author, not giving credit to the original or real source. And if you keep spamming and just creating low quality post, aside that your posts will be deleted, in the end there is higher chances for you to get banned if you always fail to make quality post so that other forum members will also benefit from your posts.

Don't copy-paste content created by other people without adding source link, and don't do plagiarism of any kind.
If you apply this two basic rules than you should be enough to avoid ban in bitcointalk forum.

2. Don't spam posts or PMs
3. Don't engage ban Evasion
4. Follow the forum rule and regulations

If you can always go by reading the pinned threads on each board and knowing the about what the forum rules says, then you may not be able to receive any ban.

We have two types of ban.
1. Temporary ban
2. Permanent ban

I don't know why your instinct is telling you about ban, maybe you might be doing something wrong that makes you think about it. But as far as the forum is concerned there are laws governing here and going contrary to it is punishable by law. So all you need to do is to read the rules and regulations guiding the forum so that mistake would not be made. The most important thing you should avoid is using chat bot and or AI, and also avoid  plagiarism as this both are the most dreaded. If you check above you will see some link provided for you to see the rules guiding the forum, from which you can amend your ways and avoid ban.

It's good that you're interested in this question, as very often newbies start to be interested in the rules of the forum after they are banned. You should follow these rules, which are practically the same as the rules established on other forums.

Getting banned should be the least of your worry on Bitcointalk until and unless you go for making posts that are using AI, you misuse your merit(s), creating unnecessary topics, spam DMs of the users on the forum with shady links etc. As a newbie, you should just focus on asking questions which will improve your knowledge. You might even get merit for good questions, which we see very rarely over here.

Find the official unofficial rules of the forum and read then adhere to it as much as possible.
You must also know the extent in which your knowledge can go hence using any form of artificial intelligence results to being banned. perhaps you have gotten this rule from other members above just try as much as possible to adhere and never try any of the listed rules that the forum prohibits.

The best way for you to prevent been banned, is by sticking to the rules and regulations that is govern the forum. Because once you obey the rules here and do the right thing nothing would happen to your account, but once you failed to obey the rules and regulations here that is when you are going to have problem in your account. Secondly don't use Al generated content or copying and pasting from other sources, because as long as this Bitcointalk forum is concerned using Al is highly prohibited.

First, why are you so interested in avoiding being banned as a newbie, this lead me to ask if you have ever created an account that got banned before.

If your answer is yes then just know that this current account will still get banned for ban invasion, so for sure if you have never been Banned before, you don't need to worry about that as long as you abide by every rule of the forum avoid plagiarism and the rest.
