Thanks for the feedback! You're absolutely right, fixing these bugs is our top priority. Espec. in crypto where people are already skeptical. They're more UX related, which is why we feel comfortable doing an alpha launch because the infrastructure itself (Withdrawals, security, etc) is pretty tested. But the interface defs needs some polishing. Want to give the alpha testers a chance for feedback before we do a beta launch with a more polished interface.

With that being said, if any user funds are lost because of an infrastructure bug (with proof) we'll refund accordingly.

We'll probably save the review campaign for beta, but really appreciate the suggestion.

The bug is easily exposed through review campaigns most especially those that are bug-detecting campaigns, that way the feedback from participants can be used as a catalyst to solve the bug issues, although I haven't visited the site to know which area exactly the bug is, but from the first comment and the reply it shows that there is indeed a bug that needs be fixed.

I am assuming you already got 100 registrations cause I cannot successfully register at this time. I will try again later to check if it is still available. One thing I noticed when trying to register is the option for a recovery email. Typically, a website uses the email used when creating the account as the recovery email in case of a lost account.

I have seen a couple of similar games launched here, but they do not last long. Look forward to seeing you around for a while.

Makes a lot of sense. We're limiting it to 100 sign ups and giving some really generous bonuses for that reason - it's kind of like an incentive to be an early user. Review campaign right now may be a bit early stage but will look into it.

The site started out as a passion project from a crypto degen (me) and kind of evolved where we built a small team and are in the midst of establishing a proper brand. Any feedback here will be given super high priority - you'll shape the future of the website. This is the ground floor of what we're hoping will be a long term and recognized brand.

The reason we initially focused on crash games stems from my personal experience - I was deeply involved in the Bustabit community as an early bankroll investor, which proved quite successful. This background gave me insight into a market gap: there weren't many Bustabit-style crash games offering substantial bonuses to players. And now, Bustabit is becoming more commercial, kind of less community-oriented so it feels like there needs to be some less corporate casinos kind of like Bustabit early days, more community driven.

Game expansion is definitely on our roadmap, and we're prioritizing based on community feedback. Slots are a logical next step. For sports betting, we'll need to bring in additional expertise to ensure we deliver a quality product. I'm curious about your thoughts on dice, blackjack, and plinko as potential additions?

Hey Jay - could you share the error message you encountered during registration? We actually haven't hit our limit yet, so we should be able to get you sorted out. About the recovery email - we made this optional to keep the signup process streamlined and privacy-focused. You can always add one later in your account settings if you'd like.

We're definitely in this for the long haul. We've invested significantly in building a solid foundation, and as I mentioned earlier, you're getting in on the ground floor of what we aim to develop into a recognized and reputable brand.

Welcome the forum - I just created an account and navigated around the site and from what I have seen so far I think I have a few comments on the interface of the site, I’ll probably give feedback on the crash game after I make deposits (I’ll wait a while before I make any deposits).

So the first thing I noticed was the chat box as soon as you registered or logged into your account and it contains same thing over and over again “ AstroBot: Reminder: Use unique passwords. Using the same password at many places will make you end up getting hacked.” — it would make more sense to have it just once and also the chatbox should have an option for us to be able to minimize it from the screen so it won’t serve as a distraction for users; personally having in in my screen is annoying so I feel it would be the same for others as well so just look for how to make it more appealing to users.

Because of your comment, we just went in and cleared those repetitive bot messages. You're right that they were annoying - they were coming from our mini game bot.

Regarding hiding the chat box - we're considering adding a game history tab there for users who prefer not to have the chat constantly visible. Would that work better for you?

The owner sounded promising, but it seems like the domain is sold as well. I am curious if you are the developer and built it from scratch or if you bought the source code from someone. Your website gives off old-school vibes, and I guess a lot of people will feel nostalgic.

However, I noticed some changes. If I am not wrong, the UI and the menu on the left side were different in the other version that I am talking about. I was able to sign up for your platform, and I am curious if I can get Permanent VIP status.

Hey, this is great feedback. Honestly really appreciate the comparison to moneypot, that's what we were actually going for here. I (the developer) was a big fan. Didn't think many people here still remembered the good old days. I was an early bankroll investor, played a ton.

It was important for us to go back to the community-centered feeling, because looking at all the casinos these days they seem super commercialized. Feels impersonal.

As for VIP - All players in our alpha phase will receive permanent VIP status for future launches, as well as exclusive bonuses. It's a thank you for taking a leap of faith on us - we're a small team - as we grow the brand.

Nice observation. The developer himself knew the site as well, hence, he had the inspiration to come up with their own site. Anyway, they can always add some twists and new features that can make the site outstand in some aspects of it.
What I've seen in some crash sites is that they change the theme of how the game will crash that can be new to the eyes of the gamblers. But yes, of course, crash is crash and the concept will always be the same.

Appreciate the support. Moneypot was indeed a big inspiration. I was always a big fan of crash as it felt like the game with the biggest adrenaline-rush. It's just a start though, and we're going to add more games in the future depending on what players are looking for. We tried to capture the feeling of the days when casinos weren't so big and commercial. So far, genuinely loving the community feedback and support and plan on being active on here for the long term.

P.S I do remember the bonus aspect - last to cash out would get a bonus equal to the house edge. Depending on demand we may add it. For now, just focusing on core gameplay. We saw a clear demand for a privacy-focused crash game with deposit bonuses and instant withdrawals.

As the commenter bitinity said, the wagering requirement for bonuses is a 50x playthrough. As soon as you deposit, the bonus is credited to your account. 500% is split over 4 deposits, so first deposit is 200%, second is 150%, third is 100%, fourth is 50%. 200+150+100+50=500% total. The deposit bonus stacks with the referral bonus, which is 50% to both you and your referrer, for a total referral bonus of 100%.

One of the things we are monitoring in the alpha is also the bonus structure, so if the bonuses are abusable right now that's on us. If the bonuses are abusable, we've capped the sign ups at 100 to minimize our loss. Perk of being an alpha as well.

I kept reading from the first post... until finally, someone asked. Thanks for the observation Seo...

There is no debate there, I thought your answer was going to be we will have 3% for a period 'X', or maybe a next VIP level gives access to 2%, then another level 1%, but it is not like that. A pity, because I like to support "small" projects, in any case successes.
