Appreciate this feedback. Yeah, that seems to be the most consistent comment we're getting re: house edge so at this point we'll probably lower it. Similar to the other points tho, the generous deposit match bonuses which are provided upfront have the effect of reducing the house edge to effectively less than 1%. This doesn't seem to be very clear so I think we may have to emphasize it more.

On adding those notes to the FAQ. All good points. Minimum withrawal should definitely be added. There's no minimum deposit. As for withdrawal fees, we don't view them as a profit source because they're supposed to cover just the mining fees, but they're definitely a little steep probably because we're still using legacy addresses. Thse will be reduced with the upgrade to segwit address prior to beta launch.

Thanks for trying the site and thanks for the feedback.
No problem. It's great to see team members like you who actively respond to our feedback constructively in this manner and other teams need to learn from y'all in this particular area.

Glad to hear about the reduction in withdrawal fee with the move to segwit. Another way would be to provide popular altcoins with negligible withdrawal fees(Doge, LTC etc).

Yes, we have seen like some casinos who started here and then just disappeared for a while and then go back again, or totally didn't respond to any doubts or question. But at least they are really very active in our questions and suggestion.

I do agree with the segwit address move, this has been the practice if I'm not mistaken like 5 years ago by most casinos.

So it might be better if you will also do it so save some fees although right now fees are in a minimum of 1 sat/vB.

What is this "alpha" thing? Is it a shitcoin? There are Alpha coin and Alpha Finance Lab shitcoins, but their trading volumes and market caps are pretty low. The decision to use a shitcoin for your crash game is weird. Are you one of the developers of those shitcoins? Many gamblers might refuse to use your crash game only because they have to deal with buying a shitcoin.
Anyway, good luck with this project, OP.
lol. it's not a shitcoin. how did you even come to that conclusion?

if you check the OP, @astrobetdev said "We're launching AstroBet in Alpha"
it means the website is still in development, after alpha comes beta, then an official launch.

It seems he is not really familiar with that terms so he thinks that alpha is type of coin/token Smiley
@davis196 to answer your other questions, first which is about the alpha perks, yes it is to the first 100 signs up only and as its name alpha which can be said in other words as "early" so it is an offer for those who are usually called by early adopters or early players.
For the other players after the first 100 signups, of course they cant give the same offers but I'm sure they can offer something different.
Related to the plain ANN thread, I have to agree with you that it needs to be updated with a better presentation to attract readers.
As I just checked their live chat, they said that they are small team so I guess they are focusing on the site first to make it everything works properly before the official launch.

No worries. As long as you are honest and do not cheat the players by manipulating the games, you are okay. Using the same hash as Bustabit for your beta launch is completely fine. I don't think you have any intention of cheating players, especially since you built everything from scratch. As with others, I thought you bought the source code from the Bustabit owner, Leomedina, who actually took over the platform a year ago (according to Zwei)).

Yeah, I do agree that you should consider spending money only when you believe the platform is ready for everyone. You don't have to spend money on marketing while you are in beta.

I appreciate this. Yeah, it would be premature for us to run a signature campaign or do any major marketing right now while the product still needs some polishing. Focused on improving the user experience and site with early user feedback.

Appreciate this feedback. Yeah, that seems to be the most consistent comment we're getting re: house edge so at this point we'll probably lower it. I personally enjoy interacting with the community, sometimes to a fault. But the feedback and support makes it totally worth it.

For altcoins, we'll probably start with XMR (privacy focus), ETH, USDT (as those are the most popular), before moving on to DOGE, LTC, etc.

This is the correct answer, we limited the launch intentionally to ensure we could incorporate user feedback before a larger marketing push. As an alpha player, you'll have the chance to guide the direction of the site and new features, etc before future launches.

As for the ANN thread - I also agree it's kind of boring! We'll ensure future launches are more exciting. Thanks for the feedback Smiley

astrobetdev I will just go straight to the point here,  I registered on your crash game website and noticed it is only btc that one can deposit to play the crash game so I opted to deposit through my exchange wallet but I dashed for the QR code option of deposit but to my greatest surprise, it wasn't really giving me any output or result for over ten minutes of wait and scanning the QR code. I really do not know what is wrong so had to call your attention toit immediately as it was quite frustrating. Can you please look into it and see what must have caused it I checked and could not see any reason why it was delayed and could not allow me make a deposit by scanning the QR code.

For altcoins, we'll probably start with XMR (privacy focus), ETH, USDT (as those are the most popular), before moving on to DOGE, LTC, etc.

I do not know how the gamblers would protect the privacy while gambling with XMR when you already have the data of everyone through KYC. By the way, you do have a KYC requirement, right?

Secondly, I would want you to start including LTC, DOGE, and TRX, too, before ETH, XMR, or even USDT. I think gamblers prefer to gamble using TRX or Doge more than any other crypto because of its low transfer fee and quick transactions.

I checked the website and could not see anything with regards to kyc not even a mention of it on the website. Maybe they do not have kyc requirement for members to fulfill before playing on their website.

I think the list of coins you have mentioned seems quite alright for the start as I mostly prefer using trx when btc option is not available or when the fee is on the high side. Maybe they could consider it if the request for it becomes in high demand.

Hey - thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for the frustrating experience! So, it turns out that on certain parts of the website, the deposit address was not loading properly. I just patched this, so please try again and let me know if any issues. Feedback like this is what really helps us improve.

Ah, my apologies, didn't realise that. In future I'll keep replies to a single post. Appreciate it.

That's correct, we have no KYC requirement. Privacy is a core value for us and will remain so moving forward.

As for coins - I'm monitoring the feedback closely. XMR, DOGE and TRX seem to be the most requested so far. We'll aim to incorporate these before our beta/full launch.

Moneypot and Bustabit are huge names in the Bitcoin Crash game because it's invented by them. They are also one of the most privacy-friendly crypto casinos with a huge bankroll.
You made a website that's visually very similar to Bustabit and Moneypot, which I think is a mistake because in order to attract people, you have to offer something new and unique as some other crash game websites did recently like implementing PVP mode and NFT marketplace.
I wish you success but I think you need to think about this.

That's a fast one from you. It is good you looked into it because I believe there are other members who  might be experiencing this but they might have no idea what is wrong and when they try another, it works, they just move on and you do not get anything not knowing where the issue is coming from. I would check it out again another game time and as for the acceptable coin, I will suggest that you look into TRX, maybe that could get more attention in a preferably choice than the others.

Hey, appreciate this feedback.

You raise a good point about Bustabit's recent changes. They've actually updated their terms of service to require KYC now. This created an opportunity for us to offer a privacy-focused alternative with generous bonuses.

Your suggestions about NFT marketplace and PVP mode are fantastic! PVP mode sounds particularly exciting. We're still very early stage (hence the alpha launch) so we have plenty of room to grow based on community feedback. In this for the long haul.

We're taking the feedback on this thread very seriously. The best way to grow is to listen to the community. Especially when you guys are taking time out of your day to try the site, so thank you.

Yep, will look into TRX implementation, probably before full launch.

This platform is full of reputable members with years of experience so any contribution or feedback you are getting here consider it a great idea and support which is left for you to choose from which to work with as it  relates to your platform and it's further development.

I like the fact that you are proactive to responding to questions and inquiries as it relates to you platforms and this shows how committed you are to  rendering your services and making sure your clients are well attended to. If I may ask do you have any plans for a signature campaign in the future?

A ton of crypto OGs here. We considered r/Bitcoin but after seeing the higher quality of discussions on bitcointalk, we knew this was the right place for feedback.

Yes - we're planning a signature campaign and full marketing push, but that'll come after launch. Our roadmap is: finishing this alpha phase, then beta, then full launch. Right now we're focused on polishing the product, adding coins, and potentially new games based on demand before heavy marketing.

They require KYC according to their terms of service, so does Freebitco but because of their license, they do it very rarely, I don't even remember reading from someone that Bustabit requested KYC verification, so I assume it either doesn't happen or is very rare.

Thank you for appreciating my suggestions but what about the design of your website? It looks very similar to Bustabit, which is a very outdated website. Successful projects like Aviator and other crash games succeed because they significantly improved the design of the game, so I think your website will do better with an improved UI/UX design.

Hey, your UI/UX feedback was very helpful. We just updated the graph aesthetics on the game screen today - let us know what you think. As a small team, we'll keep polishing the site as we grow.

Regarding KYC - Bustabit does require it for bankroll investors, and based on their terms, they may require it for withdrawals above certain amounts. While some licenses require KYC, our philosophy is simple: crypto = privacy. We're committed to keeping it that way - no KYC required at any level.

Yes of course you made the right decision coming here and I  bet you your casino would definitely be heard here as long as you are up and doing, abiding by the forum policies, and being active just as you have been doing from when you first came here. These are the things members check out for because they know when customer care is not really active to protect or help them with issues on their casino but you have been doing just fine.

As for the campaign, that is a good move because it would also give your casino exposure to the wider community audience by creating awareness of your presence here. There are many reputable managers here who can guide you through and amongst them is AB de Royse777. I will suggest you contact him to get more guidelines on how to go about your campaign when you are set for it. He is well known and has managed projects in the past that are giants in the industry today.
