Random vs Lucky numbers

So the question is: you don't care about the numbers and fill them automatically, as they all have the same chances to win, or you tend to pick your preferred ones (birthdays, favourite numbers,...) manually?

-At the time or moment that i have tested out on betting on national lottery here in our country then i dont really may myself having that kind of these kind of picking on which i do really that picking birthdates, anniversaries, or special numbers on which you can really that make use of your combinations. Yes, this is really that totally laughable but this do really adds up that kind of interest or having this kind of picking up your numbers. On the time that you will be that picking up numbers then there will really be those times or situations on which you will be that having those hopes that those numbers you have picked up are really that lucky ones.

On the time that you had that tons of loses then this is where you would really be making up some realizations that it was never been that a solid belief that it could make up some influence about winning rate or condition. It is really just that there were people who are really that become that delusional that they can hit up jackpot with their lucky numbers.

Ideally, I would love to bet on random numbers, but somehow, when I am on the spot in selecting one, I almost always select the preferred numbers that I have, and that’s just how it ends up. It’s like a mix of both things. I think there’s nothing wrong with doing either of them, but the chances are so low that it’s so hard to win, and that’s just the reality of it. In my case, it depends on my feelings. There were times I picked my favorite numbers, and there were times that I chose random numbers. I ended up believing that it was not how you chose the numbers; things depended on the luck, but the worse thing is you chose random and your favorite numbers came up, and the next bet you picked your favorite numbers and random numbers showed up.

I don't go for lucky numbers when playing any game where I can pick. For example in lottery tickets, the combination in the results is supposed to be random. So in my view anything you pick shouldn't matter lucky or not. The chances are the same for each combination. 1 in a few tens of millions etc.

It doesn't harm or increase your chances to bet with a nice looking combination or even one that has been picked before. To think the opposite is gambler's fallacy. Just consider that the lottery has independent chances each roll. This is the only truth that matters.

What you COULD consider however, is if you know for a fact that some number arrays have been played on a lottery, you can try to avoid these because if you hit anything you're gonna have to share rewards.

I usually go with lucky numbers. Number 4 is my favorite so I usually pick that and if it's not possible, a variant of it. Now the variant depends but I think I can live with doing a random generator and multiplying/adding it to 4 instead if need be, not that it has happened before though. I don't generally believe in superstition though so even though I do choose number 4 at times, it's not because I believe it's my lucky number. Just my favorite, so I just chose it lol. Can't be bothered to think of another when it's going to be random anyway.

Randomly I will select lucky numbers,  that way I get to relate better with them than I will with some random picks because at the end I will feel it's something I didn't connect with and as a just random pick it's an influenced pick, more like I'm very comfortable with luck numbers picks than I will  with random numbers.

I guess this is the reason why lotto outlets in my country have boards with sets of lucky combinations that have won in the past. It's to help players who have indecision about choosing numbers to bet, they can randomly choose from the list of lucky numbers that have won in the past. I don't think that any gambler should be rigid about their decision to choose from random or lucky numbers because they don't know the one that will give them win. Go with what comes to mind at any point when you want to bet, it takes the fun out if you're stressing yourself about what strategy that you must abide by.

I don't have attachment to numbers when it comes to gambling, if you're going to win you are going to win regardless if its random or your favorite numbers.
I always choose random numbers whenever I bet in a lottery, I read stories about betting the same favorite numbers for many years and the numbers came out on a day he failed to bet on it, so I prefer to go for random to not experience that.

If betting is related to numbers, then whatever the choice or whatever the number is bet and if you are not lucky, then you will never be able to win. No matter, about favorite numbers, random numbers and or any numbers according to personal instinct or any numbers, because in gambling like this really needs luck. Because if you don't have luck, the result will still be a loss and vice versa, when we have luck then using any number still gives profit. I prefer the lucky numbers. I always switch the numbers when I play Keno because I also use the history. Somehow it's giving me good returns rather than sticking with my favorite numbers.
You will notice it. There are certain numbers that will keep on coming out and most of them are honestly not your numbers. Now, I use them as my basis for what I will use next because there might be a chance that you will hit a good multiplier thanks to it. I played Keno for a long time and I can say there's an algorithm that says it will only show numbers that had been written in the system so whenever I win 5 numbers, I check the other 5 and see to it that I will also use them next to maybe receive the jackpot the next draw.

I usually pick the numbers that is most sentimental to me and I tend to think that they are my lucky numbers. Some of which have already been listed out by you. We believe that the lucky numbers are somehow going to be lucky for us because they hold some personal meeting to us. If it were in the lottery, I would pick some very random numbers if my lucky number has already been picked by someone else. I am trying to remember a time where both the lucky number and random number worked for me but, I seem to have forgotten a specific scenario.

Random number picker still depends on luck to pick the winning number, so is also me picking my number myself so the whole thing still balls down to luck at the end, if that is the case why then should I waste my time using a number picker when I want to pick a number to bet on.

Just do my thing and let luck have to rest of the deal to do, if I get lucky I celebrate and if I lose I move on to another number to try my next luck.

There is this feeling when looking at the results, and there can be two possibilities that would annoy you:
- you don't win with your random numbers, but you see your family's birthday numbers could have made you a millionaire
- you don't win with your preferred numbers but you have no way of knowing the random numbers you would have picked would be a winner

So, there won't be any disappointment if just keep playing your favorites as you would never know what random numbers you would have picked but not playing your favorites ones and them coming up will haunt you forever.
That's why people keep playing those, to avoid regrets if the miracle happens.

Winning with any of the options which includes either the random set of numbers mentioned by the OP or your preferred set of Lucky numbers  both require you to be lucky. Sometimes you actually find out that those particular numbers you pick as your set of lucky numbers may not end up being the jack pot number for more than 2- e consecutive games.
No matter how much it's put there is actually no strategy for each case since they are both solely dependent on luck.

Preferred numbers sound special and we all have just that number either it’s associated with an event or something unforgettable. No doubt when things like this comes up we have no option rather choosing such numbers first although numbers like such are always my lucky number so it becomes more easier when choosing. The most important fact simple state the uncertainty and zero garauntee winning, maybe it has caused a lot of discouragement between luck and it’s obvious few save the stress by going for a random figure.

For gamblers this is the most logical choice I believed. Specially if the numbers that we bet has some meaning to us like what the OP say, our birthday or our wife or our kids. At least it has deep meaning to us and when we got lucky and won by this numbers like in the lottery then we can all attributed that to those numbers that are close to our hearts as compare to a random numbers and we might select some that we might deem as a unlucky number like 13.

Well, for me Im all about the random picks rather than being filled with hope for lucky numbers. I just let fate or the alghorithm decide. I figure if the universe wants me to win for what I have picked, it’ll make those numbers pop up no matter how they were chosen. Plus, I like the thrill of seeing completely unexpected combinations, like 3, 17, 42, 56, and 99 just pure chaos and randomness.
I get why people pick birthdays or favorite numbers, but that just seems like adding unnecessary emotions into a game of pure chance. Besides, if I ever win big, I can’t have anyone claiming it was our special date that did it

And to be more honest, I feel more win with random combination of numbers than when I pick special numbers of dates or events.

Choosing with a favorite number and it being true like others say the last number of my birthday or other family can bring good luck, although in the end relying on luck.

I'll go with random numbers because I don't actually attach any importance to special numbers like my date of birth or anything. Anything that involves game of chance is treated as such and nothing more, if it works, fine and if it doesn't I simply accept the outcome and move on.
