Betpanda.io Scam -Sent KYC Documents, Account Permanently Closed, 0 response

Hi,

I'm reaching out today with an issue regarding the website Betpanda.io.

I've been placing sports bets on this site for a while, and I managed to win around $1,000. At that point, I decided to withdraw my funds. However, as soon as I requested the withdrawal, my account was locked.

I contacted live chat for assistance, and they directed me to check my email. To my surprise, I found an email from them dated February 8th – 10 DAYS AGO!!. The next day, I sent back all the requested documents as per Betpanda’s instructions (so that was 9 days ago), but I have not received any response from their team since then.

I try to reach out via live chat every day, but they just ignore me, saying they can’t do anything and that I just have to wait for a response.

At this point, this forum is my last resort. I’m hoping to get any kind of response regarding what happened to my account and, most importantly, what happened to my MONEY.

the support you are talking to most likely can't really help you as they are not the ones tackling your case, they are most likely just also waiting to get a response from the team that is responsible for your case.

anyway, if it is possible, would you mind posting evidence that backs up your claims, like screenshots of your conversation with their support, the email you got from them, etc... if there is sensitive information you can just cut them out or blur them out.

I don't know how long they usually take to resolve issues, but 10 days is quite a long time without any up day. At least, they should communicate to you the time frame that is required before you expect an update.

Also, sending them endless emails won't help. They will probably start ignoring your messages, thinking you are spamming. They have a representative in the forum. Maybe you can try to contact him and see if he can help you get the answers you seek --- Betpanda (please note that he has been offline for the past 4 days)

This issues has been brought to their ANN which I have also made my input over there, but I would have to say something here. Some casinos do their verification manually and I think you should also exercise patients while they processed your verification manually, then again before accusing a casino you should always reach them out to their Ann thread and wait for their response or feedback and if you didn't get everything clearly then you can accused them for shady activity.

So you missed the email. Therefore, it is not their fault nor can it be argued that they froze your account after the cashout request (which is usually the case).

I sent back all the requested documents as per Betpanda’s instructions (so that was 9 days ago), but I have not received any response from their team since then.

Have you checked your mailbox (spam) carefully again? 9 days is still a long time for reviewing the documents.

At this point, this forum is my last resort.

While I appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention, I would ask you to wait for some more time as suggested by another experienced member.  IMO the casino in question has a reputation here and chances are very slim that they will scam you for $1000.

Yeah of course I did, I check my email 5 to 10 times a day, also the spam section. No email from BP so far.

Please allow us to elaborate on why the account was closed.

The account was flagged to us by our Sportsbook provider Betby for suspicious betting activity. This was reviewed, and the user was found to be in the breach of our Terms and Conditions, in particular the following clause:

5. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

In the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account.

Hence, as per the above, the account was closed.

We also believe that our Security team has been in touch with you regarding the matter.

Hey thanks for the reply. No Security Team did not contact me properly. They've asked about KYC documents (sent them almost instantly) and now waiting 10th day for the response.

I understand that you can block my account, but just release my funds. I still can't understand what I might have done wrong, because i Literally used your website like any other, nothing special.

I’m really sorry you're going through this—I completely understand your frustration. I’ve been trying to fight for my rights for two months now, but without success.

Not for $1,000, maybe—but for $4,000, apparently, yes.

Where exactly do they have a good reputation? Because on Trustpilot, AskGamblers, and Casino.Guru, they certainly don’t.

Document everything and consider escalating through their parent company. These cases tend to resolve once public attention hits a certain threshold. Best of lucks.

Can you clarify this your conclusion - it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques ?

For example, i have my own betting strategy on live basketball games.
Could this be considered some kind of violation?

I am guessing they are talking about strategies like Arbitrage Betting, Value Betting or something similar to these kind of strategies. anyway, it would be nice if they could actually list what they consider "recognised betting techniques" so gamblers can avoid doing it in their casino.

It can only be arbitrage betting that gets people's account banned nothing else, and the fact that they mentioned parent company means they could have information of this nature on other platforms which could register this gaming technique!

And btw, arbitrage is a formula so if the numbers do fit in well as in picture perfect, certainly they will not hesitate to flag one's account.

So out of curiosity,  what happens to the players funds(deposit) here ??

Interestingly, OP did bet on two casinos rather simultaneously because [his words, summarized] he don't want to risk a casino to have an ability to confiscate all of his fund. And on that other casino, his account also got restricted for a suspicion of using prohibited technique.

Made me wonder if I still need to take an effort to reach other casino's rep to get a better understanding of his problem, as... we probably already have the answer here.
