Betspino.com - ACCOUNT CLOSURE, LOCKED FUNDS

Hey again, basically I used Betspino website for a while, have won like +- 500/600$ in total, tried to withdraw these funds. I have waited 4 days for the approval (didn't approve lol) and now suddenly got the mail about my accounts clousure. I didn't break any rule, didn't cheat or anything like that, so It's strange af. What's more they took my funds, didn't withdraw them, and simply closed my account so I can't do anything. What should I do in this situation?

Betspino has a strict anti-fraud policy. If SkyGrow Group Limitada has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has participated in or has been connected with any form of fraudulent activity (on the basis of anti-fraud, anti-cheating, and collusion detection practices used by SkyGrow Group Limitada as well as its gaming partners and other suppliers which are commonly used in the gambling and gaming industry) including, but not limited to:
development of strategies aimed at obtaining unfair winnings;
fraudulent actions against SkyGrow Group Limitada or its payment providers;
using unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating);

If SkyGrow Group Limitada has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has participated in or has been connected with any form of fraudulent activity (on the basis of anti-fraud, anti-cheating, and collusion detection practices used by SkyGrow Group Limitada as well as its gaming partners and other suppliers which are commonly used in the gambling and gaming industry) or that any suspicious actions (activity) are taking place with the User`s account, Betspino reserves the right to request up-to-date documents from the Users, conduct an interview (Skype call or Zoom call) with a user, request confirmation of source of funds or/and a high-resolution and visible photo of a user`s selfie with his/her up-to date documents near his/her face, even though the User have passed identity verification in the past. The User is obliged to collaborate with Betspino with regard to such check and to provide any information and document deemed necessary by Betspino.

your story is making me think of a pattern here, lots of people get locked out and funds seized for 'violation of terms' with no clear explanation, sounds like a clear case of a flawed system or maybe even something more sinister, anyone know if they've had any other complaints filed against them?

Looks like you have been restricted by the odds provider Betby. You have created another scam accusation today, which is against Betpanda. You have placed bets on sports events on both platforms, and your account has been blocked in both of them. So, it is pretty clear that the decision has been made by the odds provider. I think the chance is almost zero for you to reverse the decision here. Were you restricted or blocked by any other betting sites which have the same odds provider (Betby)?

Did you have any chat with their support staff? Maybe you can post screenshots of that, with what you have written in your OP, there is no concrete evidence of what you are saying. For users to support your claim, they need to see evidence, because there are a lot of trolls who basically come here to attack casinos. I will mention holydarkness here, i don't know if he has contact at Betspino, if he has, maybe they can confirm your claims, but you may have to post your user ID here.

You're going against their rules, for you to have experienced same thing twice in different platforms means something is wrong somewhere, as of betpanda, you can go over to their announcement thread and make such complain, but regarding this gambling platform, I don't think they have been represented here before, also, I want to advise you if you can try to change your odd provider, this will make you not to have more similar experience by not been traced to the previous ones, then you can also make sure you register with a different email.

Why are you playing on two casinos at the same time? And now you're complaining that both have closed your accounts, it is possible that you did not read their policies well before registering your accounts and depositing your funds with them.

Also as for the live chat, I contacted them regarding your issue, and they responded as you can see in the attached screenshot that the way to contact them should be through their email support@betspino.com If they do not respond to you, you should wait.



As mentioned here, there is no official announcement topic for them in the forum, so there is no one to help you, and you haven’t provided enough evidence to support your claims against them

I suggest you take what @Mahdirakib told you serious. Once a game provider or an odds provider decides to ban you. The ban cuts across all other casinos affiliated with the provider, and it has been evident that betpanda and BetSpino are affiliated to the same provider. This can never be a coincidence

Now, the question is whether, you are being honest about what you might have done some time back with any of the 2 platforms that could have led to the ban. It's hard for us to tell from here without any evidence coming up from either you or the casino you are accusing.

Unfortunately, I don't have betspino's staff in my contact. In fact, this is the first time I heard about them. Add that to the fact that they don't have any ANN here and definitely no representative... it'll quite hard to reach them.

I am yet to visit their site and see what means of communication they offer, but let me try to go there when I have a time to spare and try to lead them here, perhaps even convince them to create an account to address the matter themselves.

Look, man, when you get banned in multiple casinos, you should know what you are doing and what terms and conditions you are violating. I am curious if you are from a restricted region or if you are using a VPN that uses an IP in a restricted region. Unfortunately, the casinos do not always share the rules you violated, so we don't really know what is wrong.

If those casinos assist with casino guru or other mediator services, invite them there and discuss to solve the issue. In most cases, the player knows what rules they are violating. But they play a victim role on the forum to get their funds.

You can trust me or not, cuz I simply can't prove that cuz got my account blocked, but well I'm simple player, I just bet many matches, like 5 a day with odds from 1.60 - 4.00, football, volleyball, table tennis. I haven't had any issues UNTIL i started to have a really good winning streak. Wanted to withdraw some funds (not to lose it all lol) and then suddenly casino decided to hold the withdrawal for 4 days, and then they decide to close my acc. I got nothing more to say.

Sorry about your luck mate, there is no way to prove your own side of the story and we don't also know if the casinos are trying to frustrate you out of your winnings. Betspino also do not have any announcement thread in the forum and i don't think they have any representative here, so you might not be able to get your problem solved in this forum.

Umm... before I embark on the long quest to get their attention and a better insight of this matter, did you got limited on that other casinos? As in they only allow you an extremely low amount to bet. Asking because I can't help but wonder why you need to place bets on different casinos if one is enough.

Well... ok.

Not judging here, or pouring salt to your wound, but big casinos will less likely try to take your money if you put an entire 2,000 USD in their website, the ones with representative and nice record here will have an even lesser chance. And if they do, there is a bigger chance of us retrieving it back, suppose there is no valid cause of confiscation. Just... for future reference.
