Of course holding is less stressful compared to trading, although is just a matter of choice because actually there are people at their that is also make money in their trading but the truth still remains the same no two ways about because the chance of losing is always higher than the chance of getting profits from it, so however, I think is just depends on individuals decisions because everybody can not do the same thing at a time, but for me I think holding is more reliable than trading.

It's not about reliability but it's more about experience and knowledge, I would say. People who lack knowledge about the market and general experience in trading are better off only investing in Bitcoin and holding for the long term. On the other hand, those who understand the market very well and have trading knowledge can do short-term trading and it can be profitable for them because they know how to play with the market and when to open and close their trades.

Newbies usually lack the necessary knowledge that one needs for trading which is the reason why it's better for newbies to stick to investing. No doubt trading requires skill, knowledge etc. Investing is different yet both are risky, for the fact there’s no risk free investment makes investing difficult most times, knowledge is needed yet even with the appropriate knowledge trading can be difficult compared to investing. Not minding the more profit you get after trade it’s easier to experience a loss when trading due to market fluctuation etc.

I would love you to prove this with statistics and historic data and not just words. Let's use Bitcoin investment for example, history had proven that those who invested and have held for at least 10 years now have experienced at least 335x on their investment. There are many traders who can make millions of dollars and that is normal but the problem is to make millions of dollars they also need capital of millions or even tens of millions of dollars. Meanwhile, long-term investors can make millions of dollars with just a few thousand or tens of thousands of dollars in initial capital. Honestly, I have rarely seen a trader who can do that, they can make millions of dollars and become rich with their modest starting capital. But many long term investors have done it and that is why I believe that trading cannot give better returns than investing.

But I still agree with the author of the topic. It seems to me that he said everything absolutely accurately, and I say this from my own experience. Of course, I like investing, but it requires a lot of patience. I think that investing is more for those who have a large deposit.They can sit absolutely calmly and wait for the percentage of profit. But those who have a small deposit, they need to play this game aggressively and therefore most prefer to intervene in the market with their own hands, trading in cryptocurrency pairs, but, unfortunately, despite how you described that there are successful traders most of them are still those who lose money in this market.

Usually these kind of lines do came from into those people who had tested out trading but ending up on having that loses on which they had made out some direct conclusions that trading does really that create even more loses than just simply investing. Come to think that trading can be considered out as investing too on which it is really just that making that possibility at the moment that you have decided to make up some long term hods and selling out at the right time or at the moment that you've been seen that sufficient profits or goals that you had been set. It all matters into someones approach and preference on how things do being handled it out. It's been about 10 years I'm following this market, and I'm not familiar with many successful stories involving trading activity. There are many losses on this industry by traders, and those who managed to achieve progress for a while migrated to another sectors of financial market (especially to focus on investments).

I think there is too much fantasy and daydream on the expectations people create regards trading. After all, it's not much different from gambling.
