Well basically this particular user "RULE 3 ISNT REAL" has created up to 3 threads raising discussions about things that he can obviously create in a single thread. This obviously can be considered as spamming.  Firstly the OP's username already suggests that he's here to constantly create threads like this.
 
Don't know if his trying to get attention or something but the idea of creating multiple threads to discuss something that can be done in a single thread sounds like spamming to me.

You want me to combine all the problems into one thread? That sounds like a great idea. But pictures the chaos that could ensue of trying to discuss hundred different issues into one place.

We would have a couple more before he will be tired. But if a few of it is deleted, he'll abandon the idea.

We're dealing with an AI troll here, and the best solution is to stop feeding him and watch all of his threads sink to the ground. He is making a fool of himself, and the sooner he realises it and log into his main account the better.

That user is here to troll himself and create attention for himself  which if we keep responding to his silly topics he will have the motivation to keep coming back.

From my observation I believe that user either has no access to his main account or is limited (banned) for posting AI contents, he's probably one of those new members who were banned or tagged recently and I believe that pushed him to create the user name and try to fight the forum for being against AI posts.

We're dealing with an AI troll here, and the best solution is to stop feeding him and watch all of his threads sink to the ground. He is making a fool of himself, and the sooner he realises it and log into his main account the better.

I love the fact that moderators have been proactive lately in tackling these AI spammers and bots creating tons of unworthy threads and repeating the same all the time just to make the forum messy for us, on multiple occasions I ha have had to abandon telegram notifications because of these spammers endless and senseless thread's notifications, but In all of this, moderators have always acted on time banning deleting, and locking all those threads created by this spammers and handing out banned to a few of them, but they seem not to be giving up anytime soon so we have to intensify our reporting such threads to moderators.

Rule 3 not existed anymore maybe the Mod deleted it.  Maybe we should expect the rule 3 reformed, there he'll complete his mission and get it all dusted if pegged on the rules according to his user name "Rule 3 isn't real". Oh maybe the rule three wasn't really real that could be why it was taken rid off. 😁
Op actually chooses to jingle around the forum very differ from other users obligations of being here.

He didn't get the attention he wanted after creating the first, second, and third threads that are similar. Perhaps he thinks creating multiple threads will draw attention to himself and he will get merited for it.

Left for me alone I will conclude he is the sole owner of both accounts. The one he is reporting and the one he is reporting with. Both of those accounts belong to him.

While he uses one to create Chaos he then uses the other one to report it so that he can get some merit.

Yeah I think this should be a nice approach too since mods haven't or didn't delete his posts . It seems he's still actively spamming because people still seem to be feeding his posts. I guess tho should be an indirect call to stay away from his posts.
