Huge Win was once active on this platform and all of a sudden disappeared into thin air. How can they act this way by depriving you of your win without any proof of their accusations? Is it an exit scam they are trying to play, or what? They should return your deposit since they do not want
to give you your win. I will suggest next time you get a well-known casino on this platform to play with rather than getting yourself involved with such a casino so as not to get trapped anymore.

This whole situation is getting so frustrating.....still zero emails, zero solution. They have just taken my deposits and are making no effort into solving this, despite their promises.
I have never experienced such treatment from a casino/sportsbook before!

@holydarkness can you please go into livechat one more time? It seems you are the only one getting their real attention.

Sorry, missed this mention, as well as mixed this casino with another that I also reached through an indirect contact [emails, live chat, etc.] that put a stopper at me by telling me that they're not going to address matters with people other than the players. I'll try to reach them. USD 6,934 as settlement, correct?

Any wiggle room here, just in case they refuse the number, so I don't have to go back and forth, posting here and asking new number and waited for your response, and them things got mixed up again.

No, there is no wiggle room. There is absolutely no reasonable solution lower than getting my deposits back. It's already rediculous that I have to accept them confiscating about $1200 in profit, but I have given up on getting that back.
If they do not give me back my $6934 deposits then I am even going as far as contacting a lawyer, since I am 100% sure I will get my justice that way. The only negative is that they take a cut from the amount and that it will take quite long. So ofcourse I prefer a solution between them and me. But it has to be the full deposit amount.

Edit: in their terms is listed that in case of a complaint, the player can call "the intermediary" to get an independent, binding solution. But, despite the fact that the word "intermediary" is mentioned 38 times in their terms, nowhere gets clear which company or website this Intermediary actually is. If you could ask about that, it could be very helpful too. I was thinking maybe it's CEG, since Sirwin.com has a CEG seal on their website and Sirwin and Hugewin are both owned by Nova Data Solutions N.V., but then again Hugewin does not mention CEG and does not have the CEG seal on their website.

The four-master-license holder system has been made obsolete about by mid-year of 2024, and new system is being introduced, where all gambling platform operating in Curacao is/will directly under the curacaoan government, the CGA [Curacao Gaming Authority], they're still in the process of transitioning [the four master license holder still already lost their power over their sublicense, though] where a transitioning body called GCB [Curacao Gaming Control Board] is holding the wheel, which currently does not accept mediation between casinos.

Meet me in the middle is not an option. There is no wiggle room as I answered to you before when you asked about it. So I'm confused why you say that is my proposal.
They have already confiscated my winnings, getting just my deposits back is already sort of meeting in the middle. Getting only a part of my deposits is outright theft.
I have zero confidence they will email me back. I have already had about 10 livechat sessions, and let a couple people (next to you) chat for me too. All of those chats have lead to still zero emails ever received. The live support keep on saying "the case will be resolved soon" but this is exactly the same promises now for about 4 weeks in a row. I can sense the livechat is getting frustrated of the situation now too, but all I can do is keep chatting to them, in the offchance hope they finally really get to management. Looks like i will have to keep chatting for months, years, but I will do that. If they ever decide to come back to Bitcointalk they will have to solve this case first before they can build a somewhat reasonable reputation.

Ahh, sorry for the miscommunication. By "meet you in the middle", I was referring to your request of having all three deposits returned, instead of the current situation right now, where they only return the last deposit. So, the middle ground will be you voiding the winning, and they returned the rest of the deposits.
