You look at the screen too often is the reason. Probably not just gambling that caused it but staying too much on the screen. Try to gamble less and also try to limit the hours you spend on the screen daily. The long term effect is not good. It can lead to blurry vision that might gotten worse if you continue. If you reduce the time you spend on the screen and it does not affect you anymore, no need for any checkup. I think it will go as soon as you make lifestyle changes in relation to spending less time on the screen.

And again while gambling, especially at night makes sure that you reduce your device screen brightness to almost the bearest minimum that will not burn your eye out from the screen light, and if you are someone that works on the screen for so long, you should try using anti blue ray glasses it helps a lot in protecting your eye from screen light, but If you are already getting pain from the eyes that means you will have to visit eye clinic for a check-up.

Yes, in real casino I cant mind the time and it pass like you thought it was just 20mins only. But for online I cant play more than that cause I am bored maybe because the ambiance in real casino house is more relaxing to play than in an online gambling site only. The only advice i can give to you if you catch yourself gambling more than you should, is to take a break and find something else to occupy your time before returning to gambling, easier said than done in most cases though.
