It depends on how I'm doing. If I'm on a losing streak or have to leave for an appointment, I stop immediately. I usually play on weekends, spending an average of two to three hours a day playing. Although I play blackjack and roulette, slots remain my favorite game.
Everything in life should be done in moderation and betting, if we don't control it, will consume a lot of our time.
Yeah, moderation is the key to doing everything that we do right, anything or whatever that we do that is good can turn to bad if and when we over do it.
For example, it's absolutely good and healthy to eat food, and I mean good food and not some junks most people eat today, but this same good food can turn out to become a poison in our system when we over eat or eat much more than our body requires and our system can process effortlessly.
Same goes with playing games, most especially games like slot, which I personally consider to be highly addictive, spending too much time playing slot games can be very harmful to our brains which in turn and later on can affect other parts of our body, since the brain is basically connected to every parts of our body system.
So for me as well, I try as much as possible to not spend more than 2 hours playing slot games, no matter how good I am enjoying the game, I must make sure to stop or quit in less then 2 hours.
