It's true that the wagering requirement is more than 2x if we consider how the rollover is calculated, but it's not really difficult to reach that.
I placed some bets and fullfilled the wagering requirement. I even made some profit and now I have $170 instead of $161 in my account.

I'm not sure how Bet105.ag does it but the industry standard looks like this for $100 deposit with a $25 free play and 2x rollover.

($100 + $25) 2 = $250
The rollover amount is $250
The amount that goes towards the rollover is the lesser amount of the risk/win.
If you bet $100 to win $80, then $80 goes towards the rollover and now it's at $170.

edit- I just took a look at the MLB odds of the sportsbook that you are talking about. The odds are outrageous. One bet wipes out the free withdrawal. It's impossible to beat a place like that.

I haven’t been as lucky I’ve never managed to convert my freebets into real cash. Sometimes I win the freebets, but I can’t always meet the wagering requirements for the winnings.

Regarding the email, i think they only send it to those who successfully make withdrawal, since I haven’t received one myself.

I think it's similar in mobile but I just look for the country code of Ph even though that was kind of annoying or it will get your time instead of just typing it above. I think there are features nowadays where you have to type something of a number or the initials of a country and it will automatically give you the list that starts in it. I think bet105 should do that too. I did sign up on mobile too.
