Honestly, every gamblers should accept that KYC can be asked at any time, forget what was written, anything can change at any moment, i t is good that you have nothing against KYC but I don't see anything wrong when they say that KYC isn't required.
It is not required until it is, a gambler can gamble and win some money and be able to withdraw without any verification, but if any need for KYC verifications come up they won't need to explain why to you, because if changes nothing, or maybe they should have wrote.
KYC isn't required but there is a high chance that you can be asked to go through verifications? I don't blame online casinos honestly, one reason might be to avoid chasing gamblers away and the other my be rules and regulations.
I will not argue with what is wrong or right! If you are okay with KYC then go on and play! But if you are not you should probably find some other alternatives! But these are not the issues here! I am aware of the fact that at the end of the day, most of the casinos require it's consumers to do the mandatory KYC but when you claim to be a non KYC platform you should stick to your word here! The tos should be straightforward, transparent! You say one thing here and the other thing there, what does it makes you? Personally at this time,
I don't have a issue with KYC. But imagine someone who though it was a non KYC site, gambled a bit and ended up with asking for KYC? If the site doesn't require KYC then say No KYC, but
if it does (
i don't case about special cases) then don't claim to be non KYC platform mate. Don't mislead others! I assume you understood my point...

I understand you perfectly, what I believe you are not accepting is the fact that a non KYC casino can still ask anyone for KYC, why? Because a customer might try to find their ways to hurt the casino or do something dubious, you know what I am saying? Try to understand my part too.
Let's say I am operating a online casino and I noticed some illegal movement, could be criminally what is the way to make me feel ease that you are not? I will ask for KYC to clear yourself, some people do things with online casinos that I don't even want to talk about because they don't have to go through verifications.
There are still gamblers that use multiple accounts on a single online casino, they intentionally target online casinos that stands on no KYC policy, so just because a casino is no KYC doesn't mean anyone should take that as an advantage.
