Welcome to bitcointalk. You've already got a copper membership and have a catchy image.

This means that your casino asks for KYC, but not at the time of account registration and people can play as much as they want, but at some point the casino may ask for KYC if they deem it necessary. It must be clear to everyone that your casino is KYC.
Almost all casinos I see "reserve" the rights to ask for KYC documents if the need arise. I think this is different from a casino asking for your documents certainly at certain points, like before deposit or withdrawal.

I feel this to be sort of lying to the customer somewhat as far as advertising NO KYC and having the clause in there. Little shady IMO. They may never ask 1 single person for KYC, but they are definitely not NO KYC if they have this clause.

Its deceptive for a casino to have something like this if they are serious about their no KYC offer and there will be no point in the time you are playing or when you want to withdraw that they will ask for KYC gamblers will then trust their platform.
If they will ask KYC at some point, then better not mention the no KYC offer. Gamblers do not want to be deceived.
Based on my experience and what I've read in many complaints, casinos like this have hidden agendas, so its better to not trust what they offer and just read the terms.

OP I see you have been here for nearly a month now and I believe you already know what is obtainable on this platform. It is good to see that you already upgraded your account for easy upload of pictures and that shows you already have someone guiding you through this platform. I had to visit your website myself to see what you got and I must say that your casino is quite interesting with a nice UI though but it seems your customer care is a bot-run device which I do not see alright. I wanted to further inquire about your casino as my normal routine before I get registered and the bot told me they were currently out of the office at this time of the day ( in my country it is midday) nobody to attend to a potential client. It is quite disturbing because a casino as such should have 24/7 LIVE customer service running making sure customers are well attended to.  Maybe you should look into this an do the needful.

Thank you. When we started with a project 5-6 months ago, it was very basic, just a classic naked sportsbook without any upselling or other product sites. We created affiliate page, home page, promotions page. We are working on complete UI/UX redesign of casino page and sportsbook page. It will be a blast!

We basically have similar or even better odds then Pinnacle in most of the cases. That's one of our biggest features, especially for US sports.

Yes, that's right. We don't have KYC. Most of the casinos/sportsbooks will request KYC verifications (uploading documents etc...) when you want to do withdrawal. We don't have any KYC options on site even, you can deposit and withdraw your money as you want, without any restrictions.

However, as we are "anonymous" operator without KYC and basically just email registration, we need to protect ourselves in a case we see some fraudulent activities from players. This is the only situation when we might ask for KYC, but to be honest until now, in 6 months it never happened. On top of that, we don't even restrict players by limiting them, that's one of the big parts why other operators are requesting KYC checks. We welcome winners, compared to other operators.

Even we dont go with KYC and we don't have it, most of the times operators need to have some lines in their T&C, so they can request such things. As I said, this is not our modus operandi. We operate completely different platform that most of the sportsbooks. One of the reasons why we don't have KYC is because we don't have licence. As you might know, any licence is obligating you to do some sort of KYC. We don't want that.

If you relaunched six months ago and now have more and more participants, it is enough reason for your customer care to be very active in rendering services to potential and existing clients through your website. If you will agree with me, customer care is the first sets of people encountered as organization representatives, and how they relate with customers determines if the customers will remain or go. However, if you find it challenging to get customer care as a result of a poor budget, you could discuss with your team to do customer service through rationing of time amongst yourselves so that you do not lose potential clients when they come around to inquire from your casino..

Yeah centralized casinos won't be 100% absolute NO-KYC it's just bullshit to say that, especially when the Tos clause states they can request documents at any time.
