I agree that you’re being to harsh on the OP. Stake is very frustrating because of the unnecessary long delays. On another note, they are losing their license in the UK.

From what I see in your topic, they didn’t refuse your account verification totally but after several account verifications have failed they always provide the reason and another attempt for you. Of course they could/should just say so instead of giving this kind of support. Many countries have been added to this list over the years. Since OP says he is on stake for many years now I guess when he registered Denmark wasn't on the list yet.

They have restricted my access to live support on the stake website now:

This mostly happens when players show rude behavior towards the support. I've had a fallout some years ago myself and got it reinstated 6-12 months later, not my best move.

PS: I doubt without a VPN it's even possible to access stake now. Most (or all) IPs of countries from that list won't work anymore. Tried a bunch and always got a notification about not being able to use stake from this location.

I don’t see any offensive remarks on my post nor bootlicking on Stake because I’m not affiliated with them. I don’t gain anything by defending! My post is purely just remark what’s the general occurrence in regard to case like yours but I’m not accusing you for doing such thing.

I’m just simply asking for further details since the proof that you sent initially is not complete.

Reading your updated proof. It seems your issue can’t be helped here since we can’t verify the documents you are sending. Your best chance is to seek help with arbitrator that can check your documents that you submit.

I wonder if the OP received any notification that he could no longer make deposits or at least a warning. If he was able to create an account and pass the first verification level, that means when he initially made deposits, his region wasn’t on the restricted list yet. I believe the OP should at least have the right to access his deposits, as it’s not his fault but it's due Stake’s recent updates on restricted countries

Why not address support directly million times until they give clear and suitable answer? As a billionaire, I thought you have way more sources and instruments how to achieve suitable result.

Am i supposed to articulate myself in a professional maner to your angry comment? If you actually read the thread you would see:

"Documentation of me owning approximately 20% of my dads company worth over a billion danish crones.". If you know what approximately means and crone instead of USDT means that would answer your question.

In all cases bitcointalk is open for all kinds of people, my status is not relevant it's put in the thread to affirm the documentation sent to Stake proving this.

Well, I see that this topic initially started as a request for help with account verification on the Stake platform but it has since escalated into a discussion where you are trying to prove that you are a billionaire in Denmark or whatever, nobody will take you in a serious way.

Strangely you have forgotten your main issue. Now that you received an answer and know that your region is restricted, wouldn’t it be fair from you to explain how you managed to create an account and pass the first step verification using Danish documents? Are you using any VPN or proxy to access the platform? If so then Stake has the right to deny your documents, and if you are lucky you might only recover your recent deposit before locking your account.

Umm... The Denmark being banned region aside, what did you submit as a proof of address? It is a utility bill and a proof of payment of those bills, right? And suppose it was, have you tried other documents as suggested?

Looks like we are talking about $17,000. Here in the states we write 4 digit and higher amounts with a comma, not a period.

Likely the Denmark documents are what is holding you up. Ultimately it is your responsibility to know if you are playing in a jurisdiction you are allowed to play in. Assuming that is the reason you are being tripped up, your best case scenario is refund of deposits related to this case and that is not guaranteed.

I get that you're upset and trying to get paid, but that doesn't give you the right to be an ass to everyone who comments. If their comments don't help you, just skip over them.

I don't quite get it, isn't it that after December 31, 2024, if you fail to verify your account to Level 2 KYC, your account will be placed in withdraw-only mode?

So by that time, if you haven’t verified yet, you should still be able to withdraw your funds. The safest approach is to avoid gambling until your account is verified, just to make sure you’re fully compliant with the KYC requirement and won’t run into any withdrawal issues.
