The issues reported before were unrelated to the browser, I was just gathering more information at the time. Most people are using chrome on the site.

I was trying to check their Terms and Conditions of the casino to see if they made mentioned of the VIP Program or the bonuses but none.  You can still contact them from their social media platforms and ask them the needed questions.
