usekevin also applied for $400 loan yesterday. i think he is trying to take loan and paid the signature payment by USDT (TRC-20) i seen he asking TRON wallet to the signature participate. and it is cleard that he has spend escrow money for his personal experiences and now he is unable to pay the users. he has the same record for his first signature campaign BETUNLIM.

Note - Accounting to his all activities, i think he is a scammer and preparing to scam a big fund as like past scam history on this forums from campaign management and another way.

Funny how he's asking for a loan upon being a campaign manager. Maybe he actually spent project funds or he's part of the project and it's having financial issues already. I've not known him to be a very straightforward guy anyways. I pity more those that left better campaigns and joined his 1 week parody of a campaign because he enticed them with a bigger pay than what they earn currently.

Eligible 10 users for payment on spreadsheet total amount $373 from here 5 account seems his own controlled/ boughted/ framed account so already $174 in his pocket from total payment of $373 but still not able to paid $199 although campaign payment is escrowed

You are not alone. I received a private message from another local forum member saying he got threats from Usekevin. Usekevin asked him to remove his posts from the Betkin announcement thread. Usekevin threatened him by saying that he would tag that user's account with the help of Shasan, another Betkin campaign participant. I don't think Shasan know anything about it.

According to that user, he participated in another campaign that Kevin handled back in December, and he got paid in TRX, but the payment was delayed. All other signature campaign participants received their payments via Binance pay ID, which is why he never posted the transaction tx.

At least three users from my local community confirmed that they received private messages from Usekevin asking to remove their posts from the Betkin announcement thread.

Red flags:

• Likely to be a sold account.
• The reputation of this account is not that great.
• Delayed payment in the first campaign in different ways; the 2nd campaign participants did not receive their payment yet.
• Asking for loans (likely he spends the campaign funds and now needs a loan to cover the payment)

The signature thread in question clearly stated that fund was escrowed so I wonder why payment have not been made till date. Could it be that the campaign manager have used the funds for personal needs and now trying to salvage the situation through loans and other means? It's just a shame that a new casino will started off this badly considering the level of competition in the industry. If the casino care about their business, they have to intervene as soon as possible since they cannot feign ignorance of what is going on.

I read that some of the participants confirming if they already received the rewards, but I can't track it, the participants should confirm here.

I ignore the other users because it can leads to drama since the proof aren't strong.

But, this one is different, it's completely clear he accept a participant who not post for a year.

This is a good point, why I feel he's lying if the funds was escrowed, I think it's his strategy to make people join his campaign, along to offer the most highest payment ($6.5 per post). I would like to see @usekevin to come here and sign the wallet which you use for escrow.

Not only is it perfectly ethical, but in this case it is a moral obligation, so I must have a sense of ethics completely opposite to yours.

It's one thing if you and I previously agree to talk about something by PM and I break it, that would be unethical. But if you send a PM to me you are the one who wants to talk about it privately, I have not previously agreed to it. In this case of a possible scam is more than justified.

You are correct, if Usekevin is applying for a loan now, it means he has spent the escrow fund.
He accepted Shasan in that campaign as a reputable participant, and from his trust history, he has been borrowing from Shasan, it is good that Shasan tell us if Usekevin has paid him personally.

This is wrong, Floxynice is a new member in the forum. This is actually her first campaign and she has been disturbing me about Usekevin inability to pay after 6days, but I told her to remain calm that someone else will escalate the matter soonest.

I guess that would solve the issue of non payment but nevertheless the situation was not handled very professionally.
At least provided the above messages are true, it's understandable from participants to want to get paid.
The communication from the Manager's side could have been clearer. Many people left their signature campaign that they were members of for extended periods of time trusting this new manager only to see the campaign paused and no payment from the first week.

So it's an issue that originates both from the platform delivering the payments as well as the manager.
 
They went and started a campaign not knowing what to expect and even after week one didn't have the funds readily available.
Then the manager asked users making pretty reasonable questions to delete their responses... Which he could have addressed by a simple comment that payments are coming instead. In no case should be had asked users to delete truthful posts without solving their issue.

Anyway. We wait and see, if the payments are done it's a good sign. But also overall more professionalism is needed to trust a service as well as a campaign manager.

So not only did he change the payment terms only from his side breaking the initial agreement, he's now claiming that he won't pay everyone because they were "late" to send addresses or because they questioned him publicly... Clearly this is unacceptable behavior and deserving of a scam accusation. Everyone should be paid based on initial agreement at least for the first week. If Betkin want to clear their name they need s new manager too.

Not to add fuel here, but it's really very suspicious on the members that he accepted here, but for sure by now those who applied with a good posting history and was rejected is happy that they are not accepted.

Lots of red flag already, from the campaign manager himself and the members that he accepted and I will say that it might not just me, but some might really smell that something is not right in this project. Supposedly escrowed but the payments didn't go.

I think that is what matters here, however he chooses to pay the participant shouldn't be cared about as long as he makes the payment to the respected participant in the end. The payment was delayed which was not meant to be so but already few persons from the telegram group has received their payment hoping that all will  be paid today in full.

I dont think he is the only manager that has traded or gambled with participant funds as long as they all meet the ends need of everyone. However Usekelvin should learn to manage his campaign properly to avoid suspicion.

Your statement is misleading. Every campaign manager states how and when he will pay for the campaign in their rules and it is based on those rules that participants decides to join the campaign. So, every manager is obliged to work within his set rules.

Even though there should be no excuses for using funds in escrow, the excuse of Bitcoin's drop in price also doesn't cut it, he should have at least apologized and explain what happened. This thread is about a manager who looks super scammy. He has run two signature campaigns and both campaigns ended up with a delayed payment. He also changed the payment method of the campaign. He is sending private messages to people to remove their negative comment about his service. He used the escrow fund and is now looking for a loan to cover the signature payment. What else do you need to expose their private message in public?

Because someone said it is wrong, does not make it wrong. People have different opinions, there are no truly universal rule about it. If a murderer tell me in PM that I killed your ex, you want me to keep it private and not help the police to investigate? Sharing a private message depends on its merit. If it benefits an accusation then there are no problem with it.
