To answer your other post, they were informed from the very beginning that the issue is still unsolved but it is taking the lawyer a lot of time to process my case and if you’ve ever dealt with lawyers it’s a normal thing, so we’re probably in for at least another year of disputes to get my last 20-25k paid.

I guess the interest won't continue to grow now that they paid the initial $105,000 (the principal). They may or may not be forced to pay the remaining interest. It's all down to the courts to decide.

A few decades ago, my family and I sued the country of Slovenia. The reason isn't important. We won the case but were never paid the interest even though the law was on our side and we had the right to receive it. Your case is different and you aren't suing the country, its government, and institutions, so it will be interesting to see how it will proceed.

Only accepted it at last because they promised to pay within 5 business days which would be in 2025 and price of XMR increased.

I don't know anything about the deal you had, so I can't comment on it. I am talking about the ruling made by the court in Curacao.

Your flag has more than enough support by DT members to be active. It doesn't need one more. I won't add support to it at this stage when, as I said, the principal (or most of it) has been paid. You finally got the ball rolling.

Ok for the ruling you’ve read it and made calculations correctly, even principal wasn’t paid in full.

For the flag I can create a new one to state they did not respect our new written contract, but it’s such work that it is not worth it. I’ve been kind enough to answer all of your questions but of course that wouldn’t require you to do anything in return, no problem don’t support the flag if you don’t feel like it, even though I think it’s fair since you’ve taken the time to explore all the aspects of my case.

The deal was 233 XMR. Since before lawsuit, XMR increased substantially in price, plus I needed the money in 2025 (that’s when they promised to pay but didn’t keep up on their promise).

It would be appropriate for more members to support the flag however the support that already been added serves as a warning to members that their trust is low. As the situation currently stands, FortuneJack deserved more negative feedback too.

With hindsight, I suppose FortuneJack would probably have preferred to have settled the matter a very long time ago as they miscalculated your determination to take them to court to fight for your winnings.
