What did the Curacao Gaming Control Board say?
nunya Even if they were active, bureaucracy takes months to years before any kind of outcome. Don't hold your breathe. They got me too for over $6000, this thread has encouraged me to open my own thread and share my story. Fuck stake.com, fucking scammers.
Sorry to hear that you're both caught up in this mess. Creating a thread on the forum seems to be the number one way to increase your odds of being heard, good that you came here. @holydarkness is the self-proclaimed bridge between casinos and players, he works for free and is motivated by nothing more than making sure you both get paid. Since he has contact with casino higher ups, you both should bundle all the evidence you have, make your threads stronger, and contact him when done.

@HolyDarkness isn't qualified to offer online casino dispute mediation! For example, it doesn't know how the casino collects the house edge!

How are Stake getting away with this? 23% of their trustpilot reviews are negative and most experiencing the exact same situation I am, a false claim of KYC and pure theft outright. I need a resolution. These thieves need to give me my money back Edit: I notice the scammer from the other thread gave me 2 negative trust ratings 🤣 that guy needs a life. Didn't know "ignore" as an option until just today lol

Are you able to help with my Stake case?
It's been almost 5 months and they still havent returned my money..
$10,000 is a lot of money to be stolen
Ahh well, now I see how and why you wrote that post quoted above on the other thread. Unfortunately, as explained on that thread, as I believe it's been made well known, I can't help with Stake. Trying best as I can to help though, may I know what steps have you take and exhaust to get it resolved, other than creating this thread?

Absolutely everything from: Contacting support who requested KYC Complied wiith up to level 4 KYC and they even requested a picture of me holding my name on a piece of paper Level 3 and 4 have been sitting "pending" for months They claimed I violated ToS after, because they're saying anything at this point to withhold funds. To lodging a complaint the guru site who apparently doesn't handle sports bets.. I came in almost half a year ago, made 2 bets and these guys are STILL holding my funds.. I can buy 2 houses in my country with that money! Edit: just saw your other post

They're an ADR like CG, but they do handle sportsbetting related matters. And Stake's with them too, last time I check [namely few seconds before I make this post]

"Thank you for contacting Casino.Guru. Unfortunately, we do not have a branch that deals with sports betting complaints at this time."
Ok, this is going straight to Curacao Gaming Commission Complaints. I'm over their thievery. The scam accusations being made against Stake are staggeringly high. Did you file a case with the Curacao licencing board? the Curacao Gaming Control Board is very likely to be a deeply corrupt entity or at the very least, has been negligent to a lot of corruption, fraud and malpractice in relation to the licensing scheme which a lot of these casinos in this forum rely on to operate, and those who are using curacao licenses. The casino being advertised in your signature has a Curacao license. The irony

Did you file a case with the Curacao licencing board? [...] Far as I know, even if he filed a case with the current licensing board [that'll be GCB], they won't accept the complaint. They're just an ad-interim body before the main governing body fully operational. But yeah, this stacks of cases against Stake, not to mention we're always in the blind here with each of their progress, and my inability to push the wheel to be in motion... those thing made me wished someone just finally being generous [and well-connected] enough to throw Eddie's personal contact to me. If only Stake would assign someone who is reachable to me and could work with me to sort things out like other casinos do, I somewhat believe there will be a lot more of greens on their tab in my list instead of blues and reds.

A quick look at the https://www.gamingcontrolcuracao.org/about-us page would have clarified your hallucination: The Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) is a foundation, incorporated on April 19, 1999, with the specific purpose of becoming the regulator for the entire gaming industry operating in and from Curaçao.
The GCB was the direct result of the second Mutual Evaluation Report of the Caribbean Financial Action Task Force in 1998. With the enactment of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, "LOK") on December 24, 202524, the GCB has been designated as the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

Congratulations, this and your last reply from kingblowjob, overquoting "hallucinations" in tandem, as well both of you coincidentally applying the same message in the rating section, have officially confirmed you are the same users. Now get the fuck off this thread you pathetic grub, I'm trying to achieve something here. If you want to continue being a haemorrhoid, do so on your thread. "Thank you for contacting Casino.Guru. Yea this is borderline ridiculous, I'm sure they don't care about their image right now and as for AskGamblers, no, I gave up on independent sites since after going the nuclear option, little did I know that maintenance would occur on their site, locking me out Lets suggest we use the actual trustpilot metrics so with 23% bad reviews, take into consideration a tenth of those might be this exact issue, unexplained theft. Let's suggest stake gets on average, 2.5m players per year, quite high but feasible given their outreach. 2.3% of 2.5m would be 57,500 users. Let's suggest that half those users get their money back to add confirmation bias, thats still 26,250, now if each and every one of those users had a minimum stolen withdraw of 10,000$, then Stake would have easily stolen more than a quarter of a billion. This isn't just a serious issue now. Take note there is a regulatory warning on Trustpilot now stating that regulators have been looking in Stakes direction

They are a massive name, there is no excuse for them to not have dedicated personnel to handle/address these issues Has any representative of Stake ever engaged in scam accusations or liaised with you (or others) in the past? If only Stake would assign someone who is reachable to me and could work with me to sort things out like other casinos do, I somewhat believe there will be a lot more of greens on their tab in my list instead of blues and reds.

In the past, yeah. I heard that Stunna was quite active in solving cases against their casinos when he was still active, but that's before I dedicate my time fully on this board, and I've never got in touch with him. As for other accounts, though, yes, I tried to reach their rep who is tasked to sweep this board and report to their resolution division, but all I got was not a warm answer, rather a sarcastic response of "do you want Eddie's contact too?" Or something like that. [Funny thing is, I don't even know which Eddie is this, so I asked back who is Eddie, LOL].
Edit: I believe there is also one time that rep appear here, to "address" a case when it's already resolved.

According to Forbes, Stake generated a 4,7 billion USD gross gaming revenue in 2024. These guys should be ashamed of themselves.

Only ashamed, not in prison? Don't quote me grub. You should be in prison as well, for violations of the Computer Misuse Act. There's clearly proof in my post now shut the fuck up scammer/spammer/space cadet, your act is getting as old as your unwashed underwear since you started your rants.

If they took two minutes of their time to browse the board they would have realised most casinos do have representatives frequenting in order to give their side of the story and to challenge the accusations made against them. They have not managed this situation professionally.

At this point they'll need more than a few minutes with the amount of reports stacking.
