Everyone definitely doesn't want to be in a difficult situation with their finances. But it seems like there is something wrong with what he did.
3 week's loan becomes 3 months. Don't look at the amount, but how he intends to pay off the loan, instead of asking for another loan.

I know life is tough in the Philippines, but I can't imagine there aren't people around him willing to lend him 5 or 10 bucks. It's clear that the man isn't very responsible about his debts (although if I'm not mistaken, he's not a child enough not to understand this), and this incident will show him that he's practically walking on the edge of losing his last earnings from his account. I think there might be some miscalculation by the accused person (nakamura12) which is why the small amount below 3$ might be considered as repaid which is actually not. But the person (nakamura12) might have a mistake which should be solved as soon as possible by repaying the amount along with that s/he should repay the interest for the whole period of time.

Taking a loan just to pay another loan is always a bad idea due to the additional interest rate while this user is already struggling to pay a small loan amount that taken last year.

This user can easily pay his loan using his 1 week salary on signature campaign instead of taking another loan. He has a lot of opportunity to pay this small loan in the past.

Lastly, @shasan might suffer more risk of losing in case this user still doesn’t pay the loan in case he receives the second loan using his own address first.

No, I think he just didn't care. Let me ask you, how many times do you check your trust feedback (both trusted and untrusted)?
I personally check on it at least 2–4 times a month, just in case there was someone I unknowingly annoyed.

In that case, he should reach out to marbet85 for the exact calculation so he knows how much he needs to settle based on their loan agreement. we don't know his circumstances, but i can definitely imagine that $10 can be a lot there depending on whether you are working a formal or an informal job where people earn much less than the daily minimum wage.

I agree. My best guess is that in the other thread he was called out for requesting for money is that he wants to use it and offset his loan debts.
I also received a pm from him asking for $10. I don't know how it is with him but if he can't pay this outstanding one what's the assurance that he can pay off these other ones. That's like sinking yourself more into a hole you can't come out from.

This user has now four neutral feedback and all of them are related to loans. Except for the last two from you and Shasan, he had two more neutral feedback. He has a history of payment delay and asking for a loan to pay existing loans. This actually indicated that he is in debt for a long time now. If someone is in debt for a long time, it is understandable that they have taken loans from everywhere, and they do not have anyone to lend them a few more bucks.

I have a friend who I lent around $20 two years ago. Then again, he took another $30 loan six months ago saying he would pay me $50 all at once in a few days. But then, he stopped picking my phone. I am not the only one who lent him. A couple of more friends from our friend circle lent him some money, and he did the same with almost everyone. I can understand the situation. I do not even ask for the money anymore.
