This is exactly how I feel when I lose. I budget 2% to 5% of my income on gambling. I do not gamble frequently which makes me to be gambling with less than 2% of my weekly income. But I noticed that if I lose, I am not happy about it. But in my case, I am not sad either. I just have the kind of feeling which is not happiness but also not sadness. Within some minutes, everything will be over and likely I may even not remember that I lost money in gambling. I think it is in human nature not to lose.

But if you think you are sad about it, try to reduce the amount of money that you are using to gamble. Using high amount of money may be the reason.

I think I have said this before, and I will say it again.
"It is natural for humans to feel disappointed whenever they make a loss". In as much as you don't prioritize the gains that comes from wins, you still want to win because that's what humans live for. But the reason why we see so many people today, that are willing to bounce back from their losses, is because they believe a time will come when those losses won't be persistent (of course, making loss is inevitable).

The most important thing is that you maintain that discipline that you've built over the years, so you won't get frustrated while being disappointed.

Personally, I can accept my losses no strings attached but I do feel some remorse the moment I lose the money on bad bet. I just recover quickly and move on since I can afford to lose my bankroll.
