 Hello everyone i am new to the forum, I’ll really need your guidance to help me understand the forum better, I’ve gone through some threads here in the Beginners and help board, but I think I’ll need more guidance I don’t know much about bitcoin but am open to learning.

what do you need guidance on? there are a lot of beginner threads on the forum as well as a lot of information in the help section explaining the forum. if you tell us exactly what you are having trouble with, people can help more clearly.

other than that, i think spending time on the forum is the best way to learn and understand this unique forum.

Welcome to the forum mate. You should explain what you wanted to learn or should I say something specific then someone will give you a link to the thread like what is given here. Let's say you wanted to learn more about bitcoin wallet then for example I have given you a link about non-custodial wallet which is you will be the one who has full control of it compared to custodial wallet which you don't have the full control (having the seed phrase) and also about open source type of wallet and closed source type of wallet.

 I have already gotten some links regarding bitcoin and forum basic. I’m still taking my time to go through them all. Thanks for your concern. I don’t have any ideas of the bitcoin wallets you listed above. I’m open to learning new things. I don't know if you have read the pinned messages on this board but I highly recommend you go check it out and maybe ask direct questions based on that.

The first thing you need to understand the forum better is to increase your curiosity, and that will lead you to want to read a lot, because it is clear that there is so much information and provisions in this forum that are listed. At first, I also felt confused with this forum because the appearance was so classic, and it looked confusing at first glance, but because of my curiosity and diligent reading, I got used to it and knew everything in this forum, and the most important thing for you is to read every rule here to avoid mistakes, especially fatal ones. Another suggestion from me is, if you have read and feel confused about something, you can ask it in this forum so that experienced forum members can discuss it specifically, and preferably in the thread you started, so it won't seem like spam.

Secondly you need to know your objectives, let me use this medium to ask you what's your plans to this community? If your Aim and objectives of coming here is to understand the process or procedures of Bitcoin, some people does not have reason why they're here, I will like you to know your aim...

If you want to know about Bitcoin, make a research of bitcoin through Internet and also ensure you learn through tutorials especially in YouTube and compare with some insights of bitcoin education discussed previously and presently in this community.

Therefore, a combination of the website and Youtube will be better than relying on read only materials. If you search Youtube with the right keywords, you will see wonderful videos made by people that explain all you need to know about Bitcoin and Blockchain technology.

Finding documents in text for reading is more helpful than vidoes for watching. Videos take more of your time for watching and if later you want to find an information in the video, you will have big troubles if there is no video transcript.

Welcome to forum. If you want to know more about bitcoin then you are in the right place. Just go to the bitcoin discussion, and read some useful topics. But you are right, there are plenty of things to know first like use the search function for easy navigation.
