This user (Mr. Magkaisa) has changed the email address recently and asked 500$ on my lending thread. and send a message from a telegram account which name is not matched with his username and the username+name was changed few hours ago:

It could be part of a scam with the intention of tricking you as someone who usually lends to many people. However, if you look at the change of wallet address, Mr. Magkaisa not only did it now but also did something similar in 2023 when he was still in the Duelbits campaign or before gunhell16 entered the campaign. Here is a little review and hopefully people here will check more deeply on one or two of the users I mentioned and I am sure everyone will find more alt accounts connected to them.

I want to ask if these two users can be considered alt (gunhell16 and Mr. Magkaisa)?

Because based on what I saw when Mr. Magkaisa replaced his Bitcoin address in the Duelbits campaign topic (when he was still a participant in the campaign) I also saw that gunhell16 had also posted the address in the WINZ campaign and now he has also become one of the participants in the Duelbits campaign. So can both of them have indications as alts?
But for now he (gunhell16) has also recently left the Duelbits campaign to head to the Stake campaign.

as i said my computer was compromised and i can everything to Mr. Shasan as we had transactions before, i had a loan before and i paid him.

I am not hacked, i did not tell i am/was, i said my computer was compromised. but not hacked.
I was suspescting an attack on my computer before and before, the first one was not a good  experience.
i only have 1 computer that time, and my friend told me that he knew how to get the computer safe. he did not told me that he will reformat my computer.

This case can be complicated and in the past, there was discusion on account sellers are ready to sell their Bitcoin wallet / private key so that the account buyers can sign Bitcoin messages too.

I think what is needed is for the accused to sign a message. If they are able to sign a message, it doesn't matter if the account seller sold their bitcoin wallet also. This forum is not FBI, who is actually going to investigate all these? It will just end us in assumption.

If the whole situation still looks suspicious, shasan should refuse the loan request and blacklist the user.
But if a user is able to sign a valid message from the right address, we should not down play it because that is the most reliable working tool we have in the forum.

In your example, he mixed up the accounts and forgot to re-login. This often happens when one person has several accounts. If he comes up with an excuse that gunhell16 simply copied Mr. Magkaisa's data, but 12 days have passed since then. This excuse won't work very well.

As the ownership has been proven I have removed my tag. I noticed it is an alt of several accounts. Along with that based on my notice I guess (it might be wrong) that the account has been sold and that's why the information on the account has been changed the more important thing is that the wallet address from previous posts has been changed which was unnecessary and upon the buyer request the seller proved the ownership. If I am wrong then the story of the accused person might be correct unless the information I have posted wouldn't happen.

This is a bit racist. I saw many users from different board like Turkey, Indonesia and Nigeria that jerking merit to each other blatantly while they join together on campaign just because campaign manager choose participants based on merit count except when the account reputation is already reputable.

I speculate if someone have created a thread in Reputation section, people who usually hunt/caught cheaters already tried to making research, if they found nothing, they either not replying, replying but can't comment too much or give opposite opinion.

In that thread, no one didn't find any solid evidence, then there's nothing people can do.

While I was looking through all the complaints about the gunhell16 account, I counted a lot of them. As it turned out, I was not the first to send a report that he was violating the ban rule, but the moderators for some unknown reason saw "potential" in him and did not dare to block this account, although there is all the evidence directly. As always, double standards are obtained. If the rules do not work, then other users will also not think about what is accepted and what is condemned by the forum.

As for the negative tag, the number of his early blocks of alternative accounts exceeded all acceptable values. I think he earned his tag through many years of "work."
