There are actually casinos without kyc and they truly exist, but just as you have already said, its difficult to find one because they are not that common like the ones that does, also, we may easily discover about finding out some that may not require kyc for a start but later along the line demand for it as the case may applies for them to do so, i will advise before using any gambling casino, we should try and established our fact well for choosing a particular one to avoid being disappointed or frustrated at the long run.
No kyc casino sites are seen a lot and they claim that they will not demand any kind of KYC from the users. However, when someone wins something big on that platform, KYC is demanded from the users to withdraw it. Or if someone is lucky and his winnings are high, his account is suspended as suspicious to do KYC, and many more things happen. So to gamble on a site, you should first check how trustworthy that site is and then gamble there. Because a trustworthy site never reveals the user's KYC data. So doing KYC on those sites is not any problem.
The steal and sell databases. That's why you may get an email from a casino that you never heard of in the past.
This is something I would say that both kyc and non kyc casinos are guilty of so long the casino in question don't have a good intentions towards their customers and also don't have any good integrity to maintain.

Some top kyc casinos not only sell users private information like email and phone numbers, but also engage in selling of users kyc data too to the highest bidders.
This is why it's not just about accepting any kyc casino because one feels kyc is a normal thing and shouldn't be shied away from, but it's of utmost importance for us all to ensure we choose only the best casinos with a good track record and reputation.

And the issue of selling of users email addresses and phone numbers is even more common with no kyc casinos, so we all have to be very careful.
I get you mate. That's the most important thing for a gambler to look out for when choosing a casino. The casino reputation, easy and fast withdrawal with fast response from customer care. KYC or no KYC is not my problem, because in the long run, the no KYC casino will finally become a KYC casino either when you win big or government regulations.

I believe this is something every gambler needs to understand. Ever since the government has had an interest in BTC, almost every setting in the crypto world will move toward the integration of KYC.

And do you get many emails from new casinos and can prove that you have receive it after using email in other casino during registration? I think that you get emails with offers from unknown casinos because you have flashed your email elsewhere. That is stupid thing to do for casino to sell database. Selling clients data base, when you can open new casino (licenses dont cost much) and redirect traffic and money flow there, is dumb. For casino, client = money. Sell money to earn money only once, when you can earn again and again.

Selling user database is not a new thing, it happens many times not only in gambling industry but almost in all online related services.
Specifically in casino, reputable casinos wont do it but there are always a chance for naughty staff to do it because they can get good amount of money.
I've received many emails from unknown casinos the past while I used the email one time only in a new casino (just for testing purpose).
Not only email, but also whatsapp message while I have never used my whatsapp number for gambling purpose.
It proves that there are database sales out there, no matter who do it, but it does exist.

You can be recommended many such casino sites, but one thing is very important: when a casino site asks for personal documents from users, it is to increase the trust of that casino user. Not all casinos require KYC verification. However, in some cases, if a huge amount of dollars is withdrawn, then in order to prevent money laundering, the casino authorities ask users to verify with personal documents. However, KYC verification is not required for small dollar withdrawals. However, you can visit trusted sites like BC.game, Betpanda, Duelbit, Stake.com. However, depending on the country, KYC verification may be required.

I know 100% that the databases from casinos are stolen, bought and sold. A database from Stake is worth a fortune. It doesn’t matter how reputable the casino, employees will steal. Databases are hacked. No KYC is the best way to go.

One of the reasons i don't like giving a recommendation when it comes to gambling casinos is that i don't want anyone to hold me responsible for any difficulties serving as challenge which they may encounter at the course of using the platform, while some things may not be open to me as to why they are being challenged that why, there are numbers of casinos to use and they are uncountable if to start with mentioning names, which same applies to the forum here, we can use as many as possible and consider the best we are most satisfied with after knowing if they require kyc or not.

When it comes to casinos where kyc verification is not mandatory or none existent, I don't think we have too many of such casinos here on this forum, if at all there is any at all in the first place.
Well, I do believe there are some like Bitvest, which actually is the most popular amongst such casinos on this forum, but the long and short of the matter is that no-kyc casinos, and I mean genuine no-kyc casinos aren't that much common this days like the kyc enabled once.

And speaking of not liking to recommend casinos to people due to possible issues that could arise, a way to do it is to always place a disclaimer, letting those you are recommending the casino to know that whatever they encounter in the course of using the casino is solely their responsibility, this way, no one gets to hold you for whatever reason..

Most of the casinos here at BCT are in Curacao or Costa Rica. Curacao passed a gambling law LOK and KYC is now much more prevalent. Many casinos are moving from Curacao to Anjouan. There's only 1 truly decentralized sportsbook. The rest claim to be decentralized because your account is hooked up to Metamask. That doesn't make them decentralized.

Yes, it is good to understand that a centralized casino will always end up asking its users for KYC, and that's why I said it is good to do your own research before using any casino, just to be sure it is a casino that is worth handling private information for their platform.
Most decentralized casinos don't ask for casino footing in their model of operations but they always have limited game.

If they really don't want KYC then they should search for web 3 casino. But if they want for tested ones then there are KYC compliance reputable casinos here in forum.

I know many people don't like the idea about providing their info online, but we cannot also assure that those none KYC compliant casino is trusted enough to put our funds.

That's why at this point where regulations has became more stricter I choose to gamble on most trusted and law compliance rather than risking my self also my money on those casino which reputation is bit questionable.

The steal and sell databases. That's why you may get an email from a casino that you never heard of in the past.

No doubt this is not a new thing, but if casino is doing great - they would not sell their clients base. If they are doing bad, why not create for instance stake 2.0 with different name. With your story about receiving casino email spam after using email just once - I can only assume that both casinos have one owner and both used one database. I have noticed long ago that some casinos look very much alike.

P.S. If you have used email only once, but new casino reached you by email and mobile, I would become nervous. How come they trace your mobile and connect it with email? Maybe you have similarities in email name with social media names you are using and used mobile number for registration there?

Yes, it is good to understand that a centralized casino will always end up asking its users for KYC, and that's why I said it is good to do your own research before using any casino, just to be sure it is a casino that is worth handling private information for their platform.
That's right, when gamblers look for something such as a no-kyc casino. They will have to accept the fact that it won't be lasting with what they believe, they'll have to see that part and soon they'll have to comply with it. And with that, they only need to look at that matter if they trust that casino for them to keep their ids.

Most decentralized casinos don't ask for casino footing in their model of operations but they always have limited game.
They're not as good as the centralized ones. I think it's been so long to see a decentralized casino as a top casino in the community.

It is, of course, not right to give someone advice or suggestions about gambling or casinos, because in this case, if they encounter an undesirable situation while acting on the suggestion, they can certainly blame the suggestion. There are hundreds of casinos where KYC is not mandatory, and if you act according to the suggestions, you will definitely face charges later if you are cheated by the casino for some reason. However, if I make a suggestion, he said to choose a casino or gambling site that requires KYC because such casino sites that require KYC do not cheat users.

I also know the way some of us would have been troubled and disturbed to make a recommendation by some gamblers for them to use, even this is most common to newbies, but things have gone beyond all these now, because in gambling, what you may seem to like may not be my own taste and you cant expect that we both have a unified choice when it comes to gambling preference, everyone must have to work out on what he likes and dislike at the same time by himself.

Thank you.
The gambling market is huge now, and non-KYC casinos that are worth trusting are not many because some casinos hide under the concept of no-KYC to steal their user funds, while some casinos abuse the concept of their license, which makes gamblers trust their platform to steal from their user.
The best thing is to always be sure that the casino we're using is worth trusting to avoid the situation that will lead to us creating a thread in the accusation section.

Most decentralized casinos don't ask for casino footing in their model of operations but they always have limited game.

Maybe, but it depends on personal perspective. For some gamblers, decentralized casino are the best footing the privacy benefit that comes with it while for some gamblers (like myself) the centralized are the good one because of the availability of vast game and I am the type of gambler that like to switch at some point.

In as much as the possibility of that happening is there, we should also acknowledge the weaknesses of gamblers and how their actions have affected them if a gambler fails to do a diedelegence on the casino before handing up their data to them, should be ready for whatever the outcome will be and also be prepared to face the lose of your data to hacker's or insider handing up you

The decentralized sportsbooks here are much better than the centralized. Funds are self custody (safer), there's no KYC and the lines are better.

Just like i have once said. It depends on personal perspectives, which could be want, and care about.
We have a situation where the decentralized casino's lack of responsible gambling practice, user protection, and possible security vulnerability, just we see in some smart contracts, are a drawback for some gamblers, not to mention the limited gaming experience.

Centralized or decentralized, we should do our research and good for what we believe is perfect for us.
