There are actually casinos without kyc and they truly exist, but just as you have already said, its difficult to find one because they are not that common like the ones that does, also, we may easily discover about finding out some that may not require kyc for a start but later along the line demand for it as the case may applies for them to do so, i will advise before using any gambling casino, we should try and established our fact well for choosing a particular one to avoid being disappointed or frustrated at the long run.

I think they have considered it too so they do not hesitate to implement this rule, so we do not have to worry about it. Apart from that, even though the casino requires KYC we can still see many users coming and I do not even see users decreasing significantly because of this rule. Actually if we look at the journey, then I think it will be the same in the future, meaning even though at the beginning the casino did not require KYC, then in the future we do not know what changes they will make.

It doesn't really matter if they implement this rule as long as they can maintain the trust of users. And don't forget they also build trust not only in a short time, so I don't think they will destroy what they have built for years, yes even though the risk is still there.
I have seen many players playing games in casinos without KYC, but when this KYC system came, they never disagreed because they knew the positive aspects. With the KYC system, there is no possibility of losing their money, and the casino player can exchange it. I have not seen any element where the number of casino players has decreased due to the arrival of the KYC system. I have seen many scams where many people lost their money without KYC, but after the arrival of this KYC system, the game players have done a good job. There is no fear of losing whatever they have. From what I can see in the current scenario, there will be no game shortly without the KYC system.
But you do not take into account the life circumstances of many players themselves, who for various reasons cannot provide the casino with their personal data and go through this very KYC verification procedure.
These reasons can be purely personal, for example, a player is afraid of a leak of personal data and that this can negatively affect the relationship with his employer. The reasons can also be related to the general policy of prohibitions on gambling at the level of the state where this person lives. And there are many more reasons why a player can play only while maintaining anonymity.
And depriving such players of the opportunity to play is clearly contrary to the moral and ethical principles of a humane society.
And of course, we need to look for some way out of such an uncertain legal possibility of anonymity in gambling.
In general on which we do have that very common reason on why we do really that wanted to have that anonymous or kyc-less casino to deal on with. We've been through into a point that most casinos arent that having that verification. Just like on what you have said that we do have that wanting not to be known in terms of our identity when we do gamble and this is the reason on why crypto casinos had become that popular because of this aspect but as we do go forward on which we have been ended up on having those changes in terms and having these kind of laws on which it changes up the overall terms and now we do have that enforced KYC since you cant be able to make withdrawal once you would be requesting one if you arent that verified on which this will really be that a let down.

When we do speak about without verification then i cant point up other sites as we do all know that most of them are already that licensed and regulated, except into those currently existing non kyc casinos or with those decentralized ones then we might be able to see up such set up. Actually this wont really be that much of a problem since having some license does give out that kind of sense of security on which they wont really be making up those kind of complaints on whatever they are currently that being that dealing on with.

I think one way to really not end up disappointed is for us to start having open mind when it comes to kyc, as much as I believe we all have our individual preferences, I still think we have arrived in an era where kyc has become something or an exercise that we should not run away from if we must surf around the internet and transact safely.

KYC is not a bad thing so long as the company we are kycing with is a trusted and reputable, and have the right government licenses and backing.

I am saying this because in the quest to find casinos that are kyc free, many has fallen into the hands of scammers and had lost monies that would have been used for something really important in their life, this is the story of a close friend of mine.

As long as users do not cheat and do not violate the rules that have been implemented, then they will remain safe. Although some users complain and come because they are not paid, then I do not think the casino is holding them, or in other words there must be a reason why the casino must hold them because there is a violation committed by the user.

With kyc, it allows users and casinos to maintain trust in each other. The casino can trust that we play without breaking the rules and we also have the advantage of doing kyc we can convince the casino that we are users who can obey the rules so that in the future we can carry out activities without suspicion.

By the way, I do not rule out that eventually, realizing that millions of gamblers for various reasons cannot provide their personal data to casinos, but at the same time really want to play, some small and relatively independent jurisdiction, for example, like Curacao, will adopt its own laws on licensing such casinos, in which player identification is not mandatory, but the player is guaranteed to be paid honestly won money. Most likely, this is possible only with the use of cryptocurrency payments. And probably also taking into account some not too strict restrictions.
For example, I would really like it if legislators of some small and relatively independent jurisdiction took on this issue at the global level.

You're right, a normal gambler should not see kyc as a threat, though as we know that some crypto freak kind of gambler may detest anything that has to do with kyc in gambling because they wanted a private lifestyle both in crypto and when gambling, same also if we think we have every reason not to be probe or challenged by the government agencies, we should not see it as a threat when being asked to provide some level of information about ourself, since we are not scammers or have any bad record of fraudulent activities preventing us from going through kyc.

Detesting KYC is a normal thing for gamblers who prioritize privacy based on how we hear the news about people's private information sold on the dark web, even when the casino used is a trusted and reputable platform. Although, the leaked of user information may happened through human error, but nothing is ever safe online.

Having said that, we still have some casinos that are KYC-free, but I will suggest the use of good casinos that require KYC because every casino will implement KYC soon, and I believe it is something we should all know will happen ever since the government has an interest in Bitcoin.

Others may require mandatory kyc, but casinos that you can find here with active thread, are quite reputable.
Since the OP is looking for nonkyc casino, he can try the one that I mentioned earlier and see for himself. I can understand that in some countries, they need to be careful with their online gambling activities, hence, they prefer not to comply with kyc protocol of the licensed casinos.

I have often wondered why some gamblers are more interested in privacy than in finding a casino with a good reputation. In most cases, this quest for no KYC has often landed them in huge messes. Some of these online casinos use the no-KYC stunt to lure new gamblers to their platforms. This can go on for a while until they decide to change their KYC policy. Just as OP has stated in his post, many have become victims of some of these casinos by having their money stuck because of KYC. Instead of going through all this stress just because of KYC, they have two options: either they are open to KYC or avoid gambling completely because, no matter how long they run away from it, they will still face KYC later in the future. Except they have something to hide from other parties, then they can continue in their search.

There's nothing really wrong if they want to accept the hassle of finding privacy-friendly service. If you know a good one, just recommend them; if not, then you can scroll past it without thinking too much. The issue with KYC is not only about hiding stuff but also about avoiding being spammed by malicious parties. You'll know that the hassle of lurking around the forum to find new no-KYC service is less than changing your e-mail every now and then because some companies leak your data. I'm a victim of one of these, and KYC data is one of the sources for this. If I can avoid it, then I'd rather avoid them.

However, they have limited games which most casino nowadays offers it as original games.

Bitvest lacks 3rd party slot games, live games and sports betting which are the popular games nowadays. They can’t maintain the No KYC feature if they venture on expanding their games because it will need license.

I'm a victim of one of these, and KYC data is one of the sources for this. If I can avoid it, then I'd rather avoid them.

Can you share what platform leaked your data? Is it also a gambling website? There are sites I know like Cryptorino and CoinCasino that doesn't require KYC verification but you're not 100% sure if it's safe playing there and they comply with local regulations. Privacy is great, but security and reliability are equally important when choosing where to play.

For me I'd rather do the KYC verification but only on a proven reputable gambling website than playing on a "KYC free" platform where you won't be able to withdraw your money.

Hello everyone!
Can you recommend a casino where I can deposit with BTC,ETH or USDT, that doesn’t require mandatory verification to play, and is available to residents of Germany?

I previously played on Trustdice, but after a big win, they asked me to complete KYC. Then, claiming I had a duplicate account, they blocked my access and haven’t responded to my emails for a month.

I’m looking for a place to play without the need for verification. Please, kind people, help me out!

I think there are many crypto casinos that allow you to play without KYC. Winnings under $1000 are usually fine. You can make small incremental withdrawals so you won’t be asked for KYC. However, if you are a high roller who frequently makes withdrawals over $5k, without KYC you will definitely have problems.

This is correct.

There’s a threshold—often based on a threefold rule—where total payments reaching a certain amount trigger mandatory KYC. That’s why you usually won’t be asked for KYC on your initial deposits, especially if they’re small.

On the other hand, casinos generally avoid asking for KYC unless they have to, since it can discourage players right from the start.

Not completely true, not all casinos ask KYC based on specific threshold (deposit/withdraw/winning or something else) because there are some other reasons why casinos need to ask KYC from their players.
On the other side, there are also casino that will not ask KYC although we deposit/withdraw several thousands dollar regularly, it is simply case by case.
The most important thing to remember is, when casinos clearly stated in their terms that they reserve the right to ask KYC at anytime, so it can come anytime no matter you play small or play big amount of money.

No kyc casino sites are seen a lot and they claim that they will not demand any kind of KYC from the users. However, when someone wins something big on that platform, KYC is demanded from the users to withdraw it. Or if someone is lucky and his winnings are high, his account is suspended as suspicious to do KYC, and many more things happen. So to gamble on a site, you should first check how trustworthy that site is and then gamble there. Because a trustworthy site never reveals the user's KYC data. So doing KYC on those sites is not any problem.

One mistake alot of us make is that we don't read, sometimes, some of this casinos say one thing in their advertisement materials and through other mediums, but have something completely different on their terms and condition, some of this casinos that claim to be kyc free casino actually do say that they could ask for kyc when they see a need to - on their terms and conditions, but because we don't read, we simply fall for their trick of claiming to be a no kyc casino.

For me, it is always better to play on a kyc enabled casino that is trustworthy and does not hide the fact that they may ask kyc in the future, than choose a casino that lie they are no kyc casino only to at the end of the day request kyc verification when I hit a big win, any casino that can lie about kyc is capable of being a scam in the future, I would stay away from such casino.

I referred to a reasons where casinos have to go through KYC, as per licence/regulatory obligation. Yes, there of course are other reasons - specifically from the casinos side. Such as in the case they suspect bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or other type of player breaking the TOC.

The steal and sell databases. That's why you may get an email from a casino that you never heard of in the past.

This is something I would say that both kyc and non kyc casinos are guilty of so long the casino in question don't have a good intentions towards their customers and also don't have any good integrity to maintain.

Some top kyc casinos not only sell users private information like email and phone numbers, but also engage in selling of users kyc data too to the highest bidders.
This is why it's not just about accepting any kyc casino because one feels kyc is a normal thing and shouldn't be shied away from, but it's of utmost importance for us all to ensure we choose only the best casinos with a good track record and reputation.

And the issue of selling of users email addresses and phone numbers is even more common with no kyc casinos, so we all have to be very careful.
