2. Searched for official Telegram/other channels (no response).
3. Reviewed terms of service but found no clarity on such restrictive bet limits.

Request for Help:
- Has anyone encountered similar issues with BC.Game or other platforms?
- Are there legal/ethical guidelines for wagering requirements and bet limits?
- How can I escalate this constructively?

I don't play on bc.game but in that picture as far as I can see, you're trying to put a 9 cent bet and it says the minimum is 20 cents.

yes you are right, service error, when I click on max it displays this error, I can attach video proofs if requested

Depositing funds then trying to withdraw usually associated with money laundering act so the wagering requirement is fair but do they share any reason for restricting the max bet amount?

Did you tried resolving the matter in their ANN?

You can wait for the community to support your claim which can force the respective team to act faster. Taking legal actions doesn't really worth, the expenses will be a lot more than the amount on hold.

Even if you had not opted for any bonuses, you will still be required to at least complete a 1x wagering requirement to be able to make a withdraw. That's a general rule in any casino.

in the screenshots you can see that I wanted to make a withdrawal after several losses, and the deposit was more than the withdrawal amount, all the money was entered through a verified wallet, I don't see the point here

You allow a guy to deposit $3000 and then limit him to 0.2 to make 10,000 bets to get his wager requirement is insane, this is torture!
What gambling is this anyhow, I need to run a script running my bets to meet a quota.

Either disable his account and return the money he still has or allow him at least a normal bet to make that $5, 20 cents is pure bs.
What if he had deposited $30k, he would need to stay glued to the screen for 1 month to make that?

so far they haven't asked for anything, I tried to contact them by mail, as it is written on the website, but without an answer
they disabled the "support" button on the website, it doesn't click, they responded in telegram account (that I found thru friends, I still don't know if it was official support, but they had "admin" mark in their TG channel) that they can't help in any way, although I agree to provide all the evidence, again after a series of unsuccessful bets they put limits on me, I don't see the point

if you can't guarantee the work of your provider or it doesn't depend on you(mean BC.game ) at all, then I ask for a refund.
