Hi from UK
Is there Visa or Mastercard Non-KYC debit cards or crypto prepaid debit cards where you preload it with Stablecoins and when spending you get the best fx rates and also the card fees are cheap.
Available in physical or virtual cards?
Can virtual cards be used in physical shops?
So with Non-kyc cards there is no customer service and there is no card fraud protection correct?
How do you spend stablecoins in a non-kyc way without going through the gift cards route as with gift cards there are expiry dates and limitations and the risk of the company gift card issuer going bankrupt.

Yes there are some non-kyc cards and you can check them at bitlist.co website. Most of the cards are virtual and depending on provider they can work even in physical shops, but there is n guarantee. Physical cards these days are mostly with kyc, unless you are willing to pay premium for special service. Note that all virtual crypto cards are risky, so only use them with smaller amounts. https://bitlist.co/debit-cards

Is the virtual card linked to a wallet that you control with your private key or you have to send your crypto from your own wallet to a cex for the debit card to link to & recognise for it to work? Do you know which crypto debit cards spend from wallets that you control the keys to? What about prepaid crypto cards, these are cards where you send crypto to (lose custody of your crypto)? I am looking for a crypto debit card where I control the keys to my funds. Any exist?

Virtual cards can be used in physical shops, but you have to use it with your phone. Basically add the card to your phone wallet, and use the NFC to pay. Works like a charm, and is pretty convinient as you always have your phone with you

Dude, take it easy... you are asking to many questions all at once. There are no debit cards with keys that you can control, but some of them could allow withdrawing of coins. Cards are just like regular cards people use every day, you just send bitcoin and they convert it to virtual money on your card. There are some companies like GnosisPay (and maybe others) that offer self-custodial cards, but for all of them you have to perform KYC verification.

Well as of recent a couple of centralized exchanges already offer them and for most of them you can spend almost any crypto currency you have available on your exchange account with respect to your fiat dynamic rate as at the time you made the transaction. If you are not much of a privacy person you can try some popular centralised exchanges like Bybit that offer them. As for DEX I've hardly come across card options. Best I can think onf now if regular transfers or you fund your card by p2p and make use of it for payments.

Well p2p means peer to peer. Example you have your funds on another debit non crypto card. You need to buy crypto asset on the p2p cex. Then transfer that into your funding account then that will be your crypto debit card funding. Thats how it works on bybit card. But I assumed all other crypto debit cards works like that.

@dim_mak5, keep in mind that no one can tell you what the perfect solution is for you, and the only way to start is to try out different services and see for yourself how they work. In addition, it is not a bad idea to also pay attention to the fact that some of these services check the coins you send them, that is, their AML score.
So if you want to spend something you acquired illegally in some way, you can expect problems at any time. Some may say that you should simply sell coins on CEX and transfer fiat to your bank account, and then spend it through your bank card.

No its not like I sold Nuclear weapons on the dark web and now want to spend my $millions of stablecoins lol otherwise what do you mean acquired illegally? I trying to make sense to my self between traditional banking & crypto. Traditional banking is bank accounts and debit cards requires KYC and 'you are not the custody of your fiat cash in your bank account' Your bank is the custody and can freeze your fiat cash whenever their centralized algorithms or bots or Ai or whatever detects 'patterns'. For example you sell your car for $10,000, you deposit this in the bank that you been a customer with 20+ years then your bank freezes your account and asks for your life history to unfreeze it all because a non-human auto algorithm flagged your account. A human understands that you been a loyal customer for 20+ years but all that's been thrown out of the windows since computers have been invented. Now with crypto, it suppose to be the opposite to above. I do not mind doing KYC to get a physical crypto debit card but I see no point doing KYC for a virtual crypto debit card because KYC means telling them your postal address and what's the point of telling them your address when nothing physical is being delivered to your address? However I don't mind doing KYC for even virtual crypto cards but I am not crossing the line of losing custody to my crypto otherwise what is the point of a crypto debit card when you can do the same thing in traditional banking with 0 fees?

Self custodial virtual debit cards exist? If you are trying to buy a virtual card which is linked to a wallet private key only you control it is probably wasting your time. Yeah I am looking for self-custodial virtual debit cards, I do not mind if its KYC. Which is the best with the cheapest fees available to uk?

If you understands the operation system of the payment cards that it has to work with the ATM machines that are being regulated by the central authorities, then you should be aware that there is no form to use a visa or master card payment system that is not required of Kyc. That is simply to say that non Kyc are decentralized which you are self custody of your funds and potential to keep yourself anonymous while Kyc are centralized payment system which you are under regulations of the authorities.

Metamask claims that you can use their debit card while keeping the custody of your money so you should look into that. With that being said, I don't use it and I don't know anyone that is using their card so I don't know whether its true or just a bs. More info https://metamask.io/en-GB/news/introducing-metamask-card-upgrade-your-crypto-spendingotherwise what is the point of a crypto debit card when you can do the same thing in traditional banking with 0 fees? For that reason I gave up on using crypto debit cards (I used Binance Visa for a couple of years) as in the end its less safe than using your standard bank debit card.

Whether its KYC or no KYC I changed my mind on that and do not mind either but I am looking for a physical or virtual crypto debit card where it is linked to your self custody wallet so you can spend stablecoins. If no such service exists and I have to give up custody of my crypto for a debit card then I might as well go back to traditional banking where there is $0 fees and customer protections. I am sacrificing 0 fees and customer protections for 'Self Custody' otherwise it is not worth sacrificing.
