In most cases where people have had their funds withheld, it was because the casino had the intention of stealing people's money, and in these cases people are unable to recover their funds because the casino keeps claiming many things that they know the person will not be able to defend themselves against. For example, when a casino accuses someone of using too many accounts, even if that person has never used too many accounts, that person will have no way of proving that they do not use too many accounts.

Scam casino would always have reason to delay the withdrawal of their costumers. Also its really isn't bad to post a scam accusation even if you know that there's no chance for your money to get returned. Since the report we made is helpful to other people to know what we experience from those casino so they also know what to do or possibly avoid it.

Really great points you have listed here, of which some of them are points I myself never really thought of as measure to take when a casino seizes or refuses to process my withdrawal request, I would say that you did a very nice job coming up with such an informative thread, but on the other hand, 99 percent of the points seems to only apply to fiat only casinos, that is, casinos that deal with fiat money instead of crypto..

Aside not passing a kyc verification and maybe not meeting a wager requirement yet, i seem not to see any other tangible reason why a casino will delay processing a user's withdrawal request if the user is withdrawing in crypto, and when this two steps have been completed by the user and the casino is still not processing his or her withdrawal request, I think the best and most effective solution is to come on a forum like this where the casino has a presence, and create a scam accusing against the casino, this is a methods many have adopted in from way back and it's been working and still works till date.

Yeah it helps for future referrence as it gives notice to other gambler who are using the same service, though not an assurance that you might find the help or the resolution that you need but will alarm to those who still using the site or services, like what you both said if it's a glitch then the site should be held responsible and not the gambler they need to resolve and help the gambler and not to just take the money out without doing any investigation with their system.
