Well, it's a choice to name the casino by anyone willing, it shouldn't be told to them because they are the ones who experienced the ugliness and both the public and the casino should take it as a review of the casino whether good or bad. The first thing to do is to not be too emotional. There should be an email that will explain why you did not receive your cash out. If you did not receive any email, contact the support and, in a calm manner, ask about any issue that they have in your account why you are not able to receive your cashout. If they told you the reason, and you think that the accusation is false, then open an accusation on a popular platform like Bitcointalk.
