sometimes the casino can really just be slow in responding some casinos can take days to respond and even longer bringing back the money many will be quick to say that is a scam but i have seen casinos pay back what they owe even if they are quite slow just make sure they are responsive and engage in community if someone else had a similar experience

So far I have not been into this kind of situation, because I always play by the book. But if ever you feel that a casino refused to pay when you win it legally and you have applied all the guides that you've mentioned, there are a lot of places that you can redress your issue, like the scam accusation here on Bitcointalk; others are Askgamblers and similar gambling review sites that allow you to be a third party to your issue.

-No, I havent been able to experience that a casino didnt return my money without any reason. Here's why.

1. Always getting in line with terms and conditions.
2. Deal up with reputable and known platforms in the market or industry.
3. Dont point your fingers when you are losing up your money.  

These things do only happen at the moment that you are dealing with scam sites or casinos but if you do make yourself that getting in line with those new and never been known
or less feedbacks then its likely that you've been dealing up with those shady. Although not all of those platforms are new considered to be directly to be that a scam or shady but
at least make yourself that being that sensible into the actions that you are taking and only deal up with things on which you do know that you are that been secured somehow.
