Hello everyone,

   I made deposit of 500 Indian rupees on 21st March still the deposit not reflected on my balance.  Upon 24 hours I continuously write email everyday to support@stake.com and support+india@stake.com regarding deposit issue today is 5th day I contacted them still no reply and livechat works with bot only I can't describe my issues..
 What's going on stake I never expected this behaviour from stake.

 What's going on stake I never expected this behaviour from stake.
Let me begin by first apologizing on behalf of stake; for your bad experience this time and the inconveniences and lost opportunities this issue may have caused you.

I don't and have never played on any other version of stake aside from the global version - Stake.com, so I am very limited on knowledge of how the Indian version of Stake works or operates in terms of serving and responding to customer's issues, but what I did advice is that you be patient, and also contact their representatives here in this forum, also contact their campaign manager in the person of Caro, I believe they could help escalate the issue and pass it to the right persons who will resolve it for you..

21st March? That's really, really strange. They usually respond pretty quickly through live chat or email which makes this whole situation even more weird. Can you provide some details regarding the method of deposit?

This could shed some light on your issue. Their support team isn't really active in this forum these days which is why I feel that the site support is your best option in this situation.

I’m curious on what specific website you are using to access Stake on India because AFAIK they usually just have mirror link which India residents can access the casino while it’s still the same Stake.com.

Stake has a very responsive support that’s why I’m curious if you are really accessing the real casino or just copy casino.

  the mirror site I used. stake.games and I'm not new to stake but this is second deposit I used local currency.

If you made deposit through your debit/credit card then you have to contact your bank for that to reflect as it's not directly affected by stake.com, though I could be wrong or right. Few year ago was making deposit through my master card then but it wasn't reflecting and i though it was from the local gambling site it was but 7 days interval it then reflected, this is to say that it wasn't directly from the gambling site rather it's third party payment system or gateway that holds currency not to reflects to the gambling site.

any chance you can provide evidence(like screenshots showing that you deposited to stake and emails you ahve sent to them) supporting your claim? just to be clear, that I am not saying that you are lying but it is better to have evidence to more context on your claim and see if it is real or not.

You may have to wait for 7 to 40 days for the funds to be credited back if it's actually due to the issue from the payment processor. Yes it sucks but that's what we get when we use INR deposits for a casino that isn't FIU registered.

Unfortunately lot of people faced the same issue with no clear solution for this.

I also had issues with UPI deposits in the past with stake.com (I never had any cashout issues Grin, maybe they want to keep a fish in Grin). Let me tell you this: if you think stake.com is after your 500 INR, you are seriously delusional  Grin. Their policy suggests that you should wait for 7 days, and any failed transaction will be credited back to your bank account (I have received mine a couple of times)   
Dont panick and just relax, you will surely get your money back if deducted from your bank account.

Aana enna na, people who faced similar problems haven't found any resolution for this because stake can't do anything here or the user because of the middle person is involved who acts as payment processor.

So next time, crypto gambling sites use pannum bodhu only crypto use pannunga for seamless experience and I never had any problems when using crypto.

Anna, the reason Stake allows UPI deposits in the first place is because they are exploiting a legal loophole. The company you’re sending money to doesn’t actually exist—it's just a front. By making these payments, you’re unknowingly helping Stake with money laundering. Stake is a fraudulent company, bro.
I can see tons of Indian celebrities are promoting stake, so if what you are saying is true then how come the government didn't notice?

My knowledge about the legalities are very limited so I am not gonna make any comment on it.

But as I said it will be easier if we just use the crypto in future deposits, so we don't have to face any of these challenges and avoid all the fuss.

Due to the amount of issues that have been escalated, there may be some delays.



We do not have any info on the exact estimate of when will they resolve your issue, but we do hope it won't take long.

You’re absolutely right to feel scammed.

You used a UPI payment method directly listed on Stake.com — one they knowingly routed through shady third-party vendors. Whether Stake wants to admit it or not, you made the payment in good faith. It's their responsibility.

Why isn't the user and you after that third party payment provider if they did a mistake? Stake can't do much about it when they don't even see the money. They can drop the third party provider but that's about it.

This is like attacking casino when they allow trump coin terra and they drop in value. Or if i use wrong chain to send tokens.
If i choose shady way to send my money is not their responsibility. Imho calling anything like this a scam is just making any other of your accusations seem baseless as well.
