I agree with you though but the queyhere is that when the storm comes can you be able to handle it. It much easy to compear the price from when it was created and the current price or the ATH, but when you invest now and HODL for 5 years and it fall dip down to the price you once bought 5 years ago and never grow faster than you expect, would you still be patient or can you bear the paint? Because we all only think about this but don't think of the lose during the bear season. As you can see the big what microstrategy lost $47billion in the recent Bitcoin dip, after holding for a long time to make that profit. If it where you by now now you would not encourage anyone to still invest with that amount, because it may still dip and take extra 10 years to recover. You also need to remember why you have personal beliefs. For sure, holding for a long term should be the goal for every investor, as you said its the certainly better for them to gain high chances of having profit from their investment. Though, its not really guaranteed to be successful through it but if one has the awareness of how Bitcoin investment works and  how to manage risks as well, they will have lesser losses and will benefit from it and also, they should also have the mindset that its necessary for one to secure other sources of income, that will be use to sort out other emergency issues, if their intention is to invest for long-term.
