In my opinion, addiction and control are two different things, simply put, if someone is addicted, it means they can no longer control themselves, it is a situation where they always ignore other things such as the activities they have even though it is an important activity for them such as their main job. That's the issue, most people always misconceive gambling as an addiction. They think anybody body who is a gambler is suffering from the disorder. I don't think they are people who can't only control money but i think they are people who believe you can get double of the money use in gambling. Gambling addicts do have strong confidence about gambling, they can go to the extent of using all the money they have to gamble.

The only i can agree with that you have to plan your expenses. If you play for fun, you ought to make a budget - you have to know how much money you is ready to lose.
Sometimes you can set time limits for the game session. But not because you can`t stop but because you can forget about the time if the game is interesting.
