The site is working perfectly now, there is no problem. The only problem they have is a little problem with the payment systems, other than that, there is no problem with other things.

There is no problem with the incognito mode, either. I opened the site in incognito mode. From my observation, it works perfectly. You may have something wrong with the network there, or you can try again.

Probably there is a problem with their SSL certificate. Due to which the site is not allowing access through a secure network. But now this problem has been resolved and the site is being accessed in both HTTP & HTTPS and when you type HTTP, it is automatically adjusted to HTTPS.

After glancing through the site, I found one thing that was pretty annoying, the registration popup box. Wherever I went, whichever link/page I clicked it just kept hitting me with that popup, even when I was trying to visit their terms and condition page. If I wanted to register I would have, I know where the button was.

I encounter multiple problem on registration process since it’s in the form of pop-up box.

• First, There’s some browser specifically Edge browser can’t click the tick box for the acknowledgement to read the ToS therefore I can’t proceed the account registration. This is tiresome because you will need to fill up all the details again on different browser.

I think the Sunfire team would have to work on making registration process easier for participants.
My first attempt on the website was cool but I quickly noticed that if I don't find the confirmatory code on my inbox then it could be found at Spam box. That was how I was able to complete the registration process. There are people that had different issues altogether struggling to get the mail send from the casino without a clue of checking the alternate box.
Once the registration difficulty is being solved by the team then I think new users would have a good time on the casino.

Yes, I do try to login after the failed verification but an error message show that email was already use by other account therefore I can’t create any account again with same credentials.

There may be several reasons for creating multiple accounts.

- He/she forget his registration
- lost Email that's why skip the old account
- Passed kyc by fake documents first
- want to enjoy deposit bonus multiple times
