Duelbits.com - Can’t withdraw $11,203, stuck in “processing”

Hello everyone,

I’m currently unable to withdraw $11,203 from Duelbits.com.

I was new to Duelbits and started out by playing some Blackjack on March 17, 2025. I had a lucky streak and had some consecutive wins over the course of 20 minutes. After that, I decided to take a break and make the withdrawal.

That’s when the trouble started: Every withdrawal has been stuck in “processing” since then.

Hours after I initiated these withdrawals, I noticed that I needed to complete KYC2 to continue playing their games. I submitted all the required documents and done the liveness check. However, I didn’t automatically pass KYC2 — support told me to ignore the error message and assured me they’d do a manual review.

Since then, It’s been days now with no resolution from live support or email. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and every time it’s the same response saying that my KYC and withdrawals are still under review.

I’m creating this post to warn others, especially those who want to create a new account on Duelbits, and I ask their representative here to handle with this situation as soon as they can.

Most probably Duelbits team is checking your bets. Otherwise, they have requested to the provider if it was a 3rd party provider game. According to your deposit and withdrawal history, there is less than 30 minutes gap between your deposit and three withdrawal requests. The anti-fraud system will trigger some deep check if a new user gets consecutive winning streak in blackjack game like that and makes a decent profit. I could be wrong though and the delays could be related to the validity check of your KYC verification. Usually, it takes a long time like this when the casino checks the bets with the 3rd party provider.

This is a typical tactic by Duelbits before they ban your account. Here is a timeline of what's going to happen:

1. You find out you are unable to withdraw.
2. You contact support and get asked to complete KYC2 due to a manual review on your account.
3. You complete the KYC2. No matter what documents you use, you will fail the automatic KYC check. Live support will inform you this is because they will review manually.
4. After a week or so, your account will be banned completely, citing a genetic ToS violation with no further explanation. They might claim you are multi accounting which seems to be their favorite excuse.

Your next step is to make a casinoguru complaint like I did. It will take about 2 months of back and forth before they finally ask you to complete KYC level 5. If you successfully complete this, you will be able to withdraw, but it will take a minimum of 2 months from today because Duelbits always waits until the last few hours of the CG timer to respond to drag this out. Also, when your account is unlocked, DO NOT continue to play on that account like I did. You will regret it.

From the looks of it, they might be investigating something. Mahdirakib gave a reason for what it could be, but who knows? kalexsuao mentioned posting on casino.guru, it could help you get more information about your issue, but there is no guarantee that the case will be resolved, and it could also take a while for them to finish their investigation.

Regarding your issue, I think you should just wait for the investigation and KYC procedure to conclude since you only play for a short time and manage to win a good amount then withdraw.

I think there’s no way to cheat a blackjack game so maybe just wait the result of their investigation. Just update this thread if there’s already a result

How many days exactly has it been since they told you that they'll do manual review? And which email address of their did you reach them to? It'll be nice if you can add that chat from them saying that they'll do manual review.

It's still unfair to make a client/customer wait in Limbo. If they are carrying out further investigations, the best the could tell him to be patient while they or the provider carries out an investigation, which would last maybe 2-3 weeks.
But making someone wait with no ETA is crazy.


OP try casinoguru as well, if you are innocent, the verdict will come out.
