@zasad@. I disagree that the anticrypto Democrats will not have the power to change anything. They might not change some of the positive developments that were supported by the Donald and his administration, however, without the Clarity act to protect these positive developments, there can certainly be another type of regulation through enforcement occurrences or another operation chokepoint occurence on the cryptospace.
Large companies and banks are investing huge amounts of money in cryptocurrency technologies because they allow them to quickly launch projects globally, despite sanctions.
I always say that whoever has the money decides, politicians represent the interests of big business, not the other way around.
