I'm selling alt coins traded at BTC-e: Litecoin, Peercoin, Novacoin, Primecoin, Terracoin, Feathercoin and Namecoin. I might consider to sell other alt coins, but the commission will be higher.
The commission for SEPA is 5% over BTC-e price.
Unless the member have a good reputation, he will have to wait 5 working days for their bitcoins after the reception of the SEPA transfer to be shore the banking account is legitimate. But I'll give immediate notice of the reception of the euros. Subsequent deals, with euros sent from the same first account, won't incur in any delay.
Any first deal by SEPA transfer will have to be of low amount.

The commission for cash in mail is 3% over BTC-e price. Mail should be signed for and insured. The buyer shall pay the fees.
Payment in case of cash by mail will be immediate upon arrival of the letter with the money.
Small start quantities accepted and recommended.

Check my vouches and feedback. You can trade with confidence. I never had any complain.
I also accept escrow from John (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=31288), but his fees are on you.
Check also my rules to avoid being scammed: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198899.msg2080335#msg2080335

It seems Europeans are a small minority here.
